COLLECTIONS AGENTS WANTED We are looking for CUSTOMER CONTACT AGENTS who are fluent in ENGLISH (additional languages are an advantage) to join our expanding Fuengirola office. You will be responsible for communicating directly with customers to collect debts (B2B and B2C) and resolve outstanding balances. This role requires a high level of customer service, persuasion and negotiation skills as well as a mind for problem-solving, to work with customers to resolve their debts and collect payment. Successful candidates must be confident on the phone, have a can-do-attitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Full Time Salary is €18,318.96 gross + discretionary bonus Working hours are 10am - 6pm Monday to Friday. Full and Part-time positions available. No sales involved. Spanish contract given. Apoya en la preparación de informes contables, conciliaciones bancarias, control de facturas, pagos y otros procesos relacionados con la gestión económica. Funciones principales: Registrar y clasificar facturas de compras y ventas. Realizar conciliaciones bancarias mensuales. Gestionar pagos a proveedores y cobros a clientes. Controlar y archivar documentación contable y financiera. Apoyar en la elaboración de declaraciones fiscales y reportes contables. Coordinar con el área contable externa o interna para cierres mensuales y anuales. Supervisar el cumplimiento de las obligaciones fiscales y laborales básicas. Apoyar en la elaboración de presupuestos y control de gastos. Control de caja chica y gestión de remesas o viáticos.
