We empower retailers, ecommerce, fintech, banking, direct selling, and multi-level marketing (MLM) companies to deliver orders faster while reducing costs and increasing customer loyalty. Our platform integrates a CRM, warehousing, inventory management, fulfillment, and last-mile logistics into one seamless experience. By managing logistics and SaaS advanced tools, Cubbo helps brands scale profitably. Cubbo is a profitable company, generating +30M USD in revenue. With offices in Barcelona, Mexico City and Sao Paulo. Organization Description This role is one of the first hires in our Cubbo Apps organization, based in Barcelona. From this organization inside Cubbo, we aim to build new SaaS Apps outside logistics, that follow our vision of helping business grow and scale around the world. Outcomes - What success looks like By the end of year one, you will have: • Partnership Channel Opened – Built at least 3–5 meaningful partnerships that drive new customer acquisition., • Onboarding Engine – Designed and implemented a scalable onboarding process, achieving a 90%+ successful activation rate for new customers., • CRM System – Set up and optimized a CRM to manage the full customer journey, from lead to renewal., • Revenue Contribution – Directly contributed to at least 25–30% of early revenues through partnerships, onboardings, and GTM initiatives., • Playbook Creation – Documented GTM processes and built repeatable systems to support scale. Competencies - What the right person looks like • Founder Mindset – Bias to action, resourceful, thrives in ambiguity, willing to roll up sleeves., • Commercial Acumen – Experience in business development, partnerships, or growth roles, ideally in SaaS or ecommerce., • Customer Obsession – Strong empathy for customers, able to design onboarding that reduces friction and increases adoption., • Operational Builder – Comfortable creating and managing a CRM, dashboards, and repeatable processes., • Strong Communicator – Persuasive in partnerships and clear in internal documentation., • Learning Agility – Rapidly adapts, learns, and iterates based on customer feedback and data. Responsibilities • Build and own the go-to-market strategy for the app’s launch., • Identify, negotiate, and manage strategic partnerships., • Lead customer onboarding and activation to ensure early product success., • Build and manage the CRM system to track prospects, partners, and customers., • Create GTM playbooks and processes that can be scaled across the team., • Work closely with product and leadership to refine product roadmap, positioning, messaging, and customer feedback loops., • Report on KPIs such as revenue, partnership revenue, activation rate, churn, and growth metrics.
