Location: Conil de la Frontera, Spain Reports to - and Liaise with : Sales Manager & Head of Installations Scope: International Role As a full time Project Leader Installations, you are responsible for coordinating installation projects across all phases: Preparation, start, execution, and completion. You ensure that every project runs smoothly, stays on schedule and budget, and deliver a top-tier client experience. You act as the central point of communication between clients, installers, and internal teams, making sure everything and everyone is aligned for a flawless installation. Key Responsibilities • Project Coordination (End-to-End), • Manage installation projects from preparation through to final delivery, • Ensure timelines, quality standards, and budgets are met, • Planning & Organization, • Create and manage detailed project planning on all levels, • Anticipate challenges and proactively adjust plans when needed, • Contracts & Budget Ownership, • You own both the financials and agreements behind every project., • Prepare, monitor and manage project budgets to ensure delivery within budget and margin targets, • Create and align client contracts and scope, • Client Communication, • Maintain professional, clear, and proactive communication with clients, • Keep clients informed at all key stages of the project, • Ensure an outstanding client experience from start to finish, • Installer Coordination, • Lead and coordinate teams of installers, • Provide clear instructions, planning, and working methods, • Ensure installers have all necessary information and materials to perform seamlessly, • Budget & Materials Management, • Oversee project budgeting and cost control, • Ensure strong understanding of materials and their application, • Coordinate logistics, transport, and delivery of materials to project sites, • Quality Assurance, • Ensure installations meet Mas Maya’s high-quality standards, • Deliver a smooth execution aligned with planning and expectations Your Profile • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal), • Fluent in Spanish and English and full time available, • Highly proactive, organized, and flexible, • Strong sense of responsibility and ownership, • Experience in project management, preferably in installations, construction, or coatings, • Ability to coordinate and motivate installer-teams, • Client-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service, • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt in dynamic environments About Mas Maya Inspired by ancient Mayan tradition, Mas Maya is an Andalusian-based company, producing eco-conscious, architectural finishes.
