We are seeking an Engineering Project Manager to lead our Media Analytics team. You will be responsible for the products that 'ingest', 'process', and 'visualize' the heartbeat of global streaming sessions, ensuring our customers have the data they need to deliver flawless content at scale. Your Impact As the Engineering Project Manager for Media Analytics, your leadership directly impacts the streaming experience of millions. You will lead the team responsible for building the products that monitor global content delivery networks. You will own the lifecycle of your engineers and the integrity of the data that powers our products. Product Ownership (Media Analytics): You will own the lifecycle of our analytics products. This means moving beyond data processing to delivering insights on Quality of Experience and Quality of Service. You will ensure our customers can see in real-time the impact on the content and the delivery in the audience. High-Scale Metrics Ingestion: Lead the engineering of robust, low-latency ingestion pipelines. You will ensure our pipelines are resilient, scalable, and capable of capturing and processing real-time telemetry events from end user devices, ensuring that data is processed accurately and efficiently even during massive global events (like high profile sports events). Strategic Data Governance: You are the guardian of our data integrity. You will define the governance frameworks that ensure our analytics are consistent, reliable, and compliant with global privacy standards (GDPR/CCPA), creating a single source of truth for our internal teams and external clients. What You Bring to the Table Leadership Experience: 5+ years in engineering management with a proven track record of managing people, conducting performance reviews, and building inclusive, high-output teams. Data Expertise: Strong understanding of Data Governance frameworks and the complexities of Metrics Ingestion at scale (real-time telemetry, data lakes, or stream processing). Technical Foundation: Background in software engineering with experience in microservices, CI/CD, and scalable architectures in public cloud providers (AWS/GCP). Familiarity with stream processing (Kafka, Flink) or OLAP databases (ClickHouse, Druid) is a significant plus. Decision Maven: Comfortable driving consensus through ambiguity. You can balance technical debt with the need for rapid innovation. Agile Advocacy: Deep experience in Scrum/Agile, using these frameworks to empower teams rather than micromanage them. About the Role The Senior Electromechanical Engineer – PV is responsible for leading and governing the multidisciplinary design of utility‑scale photovoltaic plants, acting as technical authority and people leader within the Engineering organization. The role focuses on project management, technical assurance, and coordination between stakeholders across all electrical systems. The successful candidate will work closely with EPC/EPCM partners, OEMs, and internal stakeholders to ensure safe, timely, and compliant project delivery.
