Megamo is a prestigious bicycle brand based in Girona, Spain, driven by passion, innovation and performance. As part of our international growth, we are currently looking for an After-Sales Service Technician to strengthen our technical support and spare parts service. This role is key to ensuring a high-level and consistent After-Sales Service , working closely with dealers and internal teams. We are looking for a highly organised and solution-oriented person with good technical bike knowledge and excellent communication skills. Key Responsibilities Provide technical After-Sales Service support , dealers, customers and sales representatives. Manage and coordinate warranty cases, technical incidents, spare parts requests, repairs and returns . Maintain and improve After-Sales Service processes and protocols globally , ensuring consistency and efficiency. Support and train technical teams in international markets when required and help dealers with product troubleshooting. Ensure accurate follow-up of cases through our internal tools ( ERP / B2B platforms ). Coordinate internally with logistics, product, quality and sales teams to ensure fast and professional solutions. Handle day-to-day operational tasks and follow-up to ensure excellent service and response times. Profile Requirements Basic level of English and Spanish. Other languages are a plus. Proven experience in a similar role within the cycling industry (after-sales, workshop, spare parts or technical support). Technical knowledge of bikes: MTB, Road and E-bikes , components and mechanics. Highly organised, proactive and solution-oriented profile with strong customer service skills. Comfortable working with digital platforms ( ERP, B2B tools ). Communicative, solution-oriented, proactive and results-driven profile. Ability to manage day-to-day administrative and operational tasks efficiently. Other languages are a plus. What We Offer On-site position at Megamo headquarters in Girona with working hours Monday to Thursday 09:00–14:00 / 15:00–18:00 and Friday 08:00–15:00.
