As we expand with new Resort openings almost annually, our core purpose remains the same; encouraging guests to experience the Magic of togetherness as the World’s Leading Family Beach Resort. /p pWhether you’re looking for a strong career path in the hospitality industry, to learn new skills that will set you apart from the competition or to develop meaningful relationships and grow personally and professionally, our safe, strong, and sustainable environment might just be the perfect place for you. /p h3Department /h3 pProperty /p h3Location – Workplace type /h3 pMadrid – Spain /p h3Employment type /h3 pIndefinite /p h3Your main purpose /h3 ul liEnsure compliance with SIG processes, procedures, policies, and reporting standards, escalating any gaps or risks to the Reporting Senior Manager; support the Reporting Senior Manager in maintaining consistent ways of working, documentation, and knowledge sharing. /li liSupport the portfolio reporting calendar (weekly/monthly/quarterly) by coordinating project inputs, cut-offs, reviews, and distribution activities as defined by the Reporting Senior Manager; participate in reporting reviews and performance forums with Delivery, Finance, and project teams, tracking actions and supporting closure of reporting-related issues. /li liApply agreed KPI definitions, data sources, and calculation logic for schedule, cost exposure, risk, change, productivity, and forecast confidence; flag inconsistencies and propose corrections. /li liDevelop and maintain dashboards and reporting packs (e.g., Power BI) in line with the single-source-of-truth approach, ensuring consistent views from project to portfolio level; support continuous improvement of reporting processes, automation, and data integration, recommending enhancements and helping implement agreed changes. /li liPerform data quality checks, reconcile discrepancies across systems and stakeholder inputs, and support controlled updates to baselines and forecast datasets (where applicable) under the Reporting Senior Manager’s governance. /li liProduce variance and exception reporting, including clear commentary on drivers, impacts, and recommended actions; elevate material variances to the Reporting Senior Manager for leadership review. /li /ul h3What will you bring? /h3 ul liDegree in Engineering, Finance, Project Management, or related discipline; minimum 5–8 years’ experience in project reporting, project controls reporting, performance analytics, or a related function. /li liStrong experience producing executive-level reporting packs and dashboards, including variance analysis and performance narratives. /li liExperience coordinating reporting across multiple projects and stakeholders, ensuring consistency of definitions, templates, and governance; demonstrated ability to coordinate reporting workstreams and support team members and contributors in consistent reporting practices. /li liFluent English required; Greek and/or Spanish preferred. /li liStrong understanding of the schedule-cost-risk-change interface. /li liAbility to interrogate data, challenge assumptions, and communicate complex issues clearly and credibly. /li /ul h3What we offer /h3 h3Team /h3 pBecoming a member of an organization that cares about its people, the environment, and the local communities. /p h3Grow /h3 pHave room to grow and develop via numerous opportunities for learning, professional development, and career advancement. /p h3Care /h3 ul liCompetitive remuneration package /li liPrivate health insurance /li liFlexible working model /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
