We are currently looking for a hands-on and commercially driven Branch Manager to lead our operation at Barcelona Airport, one of our highest-volume and most strategic locations. Key responsibilities • Lead, motivate and develop the team to ensure high performance and engagement, • Plan and organize schedules based on operational needs and demand, • Drive commercial performance through upselling and cross-selling initiatives, • Monitor KPIs and control operational costs to meet business targets, • Coordinate with external suppliers such as cleaning, maintenance and repair services, • Support daily operations when required, acting as a hands-on leader, • Ensure a positive work environment and foster team development, • Report on performance, incidents and improvement opportunities to management What we’re looking for • Minimum 5 years of experience in the Rent a Car sector, • Previous experience in team coordination or leadership roles, • Strong commercial mindset and customer-oriented approach, • Solid understanding of branch operations and daily challenges, • Ability to perform in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, • Advanced knowledge of Office tools, • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus What we offer • Full-time permanent contract, • Competitive fixed salary between €25,000 and €30,000 gross per year, depending on experience, plus an attractive performance-based bonus and company car, • Company car, • Continuous training and development If you are looking for a dynamic and challenging role where you can make an impact and grow your career, we would love to hear from you.
