You are a multifaceted professional: a data enthusiast with a passion for transparency and accuracy that combines strong analytical skills with strategic thinking, adaptability, technological proficiency and very good communication throughout the different layers of a company. Additionally, you are adept at establishing and maintaining robust production and sales controlling processes, providing critical insights that drive operational efficiency and informed decision‑making. /p h3What You’ll Do /h3 ul liLead the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidated financial statements in compliance with IFRS/local GAAP. /li liEnsure accurate and timely group reporting, including intercompany reconciliations and eliminations. /li liOversee the implementation and maintenance of accounting policies and procedures across all entities. /li liManage audits and coordinate with external auditors to ensure smooth year‑end closing. /li liManage group liquidity planning, cash flow forecasting, and funding requirements. /li liOptimize working capital and cash management across the group. /li liMaintain banking relationships and negotiate financing arrangements as needed. /li liImplement and monitor treasury policies, including foreign exchange risk and hedging strategies. /li liOversee tax compliance across all entities, ensuring adherence to local and international tax regulations. /li liManage corporate income tax filings, VAT, and other indirect taxes. /li liLead tax planning and optimization initiatives to ensure efficient tax structures. /li liLiaise with external tax advisors and authorities as required. /li liEstablish and maintain strong internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. /li liContinuously monitor and improve internal processes to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and compliance. /li liEnsure compliance with statutory and regulatory reporting requirements in all jurisdictions. /li liSupport budgeting, forecasting, and long‑term financial planning processes at the group level. /li liAnalyze financial performance and provide actionable insights to senior management to support decision‑making. /li liCollaborate closely with business units to align financial goals with operational objectives. /li liIdentify and manage financial risks, including currency, interest rate, liquidity, and credit risks. /li liDevelop and implement risk mitigation strategies in collaboration with the CFO and other stakeholders. /li liPrepare financial reports and presentations for executive management, board meetings, and investors. /li liAct as a key contact for financial matters across business units and external stakeholders (e.g., banks, auditors, tax authorities). /li liLead or contribute to the implementation and continuous enhancement of financial systems and tools (e.g., ERP, consolidation software). /li liDrive process optimization and digitalization initiatives to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the finance function. /li liManage, mentor, and develop finance team members across different locations. /li liBuild a high‑performing team culture that promotes accountability, continuous improvement, and professional growth. /li liPlan resource needs and support recruitment where necessary. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liBachelor’s or master’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field. /li liCPA, ACCA, Chartered Accountant, or equivalent qualification preferred. /li li7+ years of progressive experience in finance, including leadership roles. /li liStrong expertise in consolidation, treasury management, tax compliance, and financial controls. /li liSolid knowledge of IFRS and local GAAP;
