About the Company We are a leading multinational enterprise in the security industry, specializing in Access Control Systems, Video Surveillance, and a wide range of advanced security solutions. As Director of Sales Europe, you will report directly to the CEO and join the European Board Team, playing a key role in shaping and driving the commercial strategy and business performance across the region. What You Will Do • Lead the profitable growth and overall sales strategy across Europe., • Develop and execute a comprehensive European commercial strategy, working closely with Territory Directors and Global Product Management., • Align regional strategies to ensure effective execution, accountability, and delivery of business objectives., • Collaborate with senior stakeholders including Sales Directors, Product Management, Operations, Finance, Marketing, R&D, Customer Service, and Technical Support., • Define volume and profitability targets, supporting regional teams to drive performance through customer retention, new business acquisition, and market expansion., • Foster a high-performance culture by coaching, mentoring, and developing sales teams, while driving organizational transformation. How You Will Do It • Design and manage an annual sales growth plan and go-to-market strategy, ensuring resources are optimized to meet business goals., • Strengthen account management to grow product sales in key markets and increase customer engagement., • Identify new opportunities, white space, and strategic initiatives to position the business for long-term success., • Represent the commercial sales function in new product development, ensuring strong go-to-market alignment with Product Management., • Leverage CRM systems to track performance, pipeline conversion, account planning, and coaching effectiveness., • Advance market maturity using structured frameworks to strengthen capabilities in priority markets., • Coordinate pricing strategies with Territory and Channel Sales Directors to maximize competitiveness and profitability., • Oversee product launches and ensure the sales organization is equipped with the tools, programs, and support needed to succeed. What We Look For • Minimum of 5 years in a senior sales leadership role, with a proven track record of delivering sustainable growth., • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field., • Strong consultative selling expertise with a customer-centric approach., • Demonstrated success in account management and relationship-building across diverse stakeholders and organizational levels., • Excellent business acumen, with the ability to provide strategic direction and insight., • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms., • Outstanding presentation and communication skills, effective in both individual and group settings., • Flexibility to travel up to 50% of the time., • Comfortable working in a global, virtual environment.
