We are looking for a Head of Account Management XL to join our team and play a pivotal role in driving retention, expansion, and operational excellence across Factorial’s most strategic accounts in Spain. The Role Lead and manage a high-stakes portfolio of XL Accounts in Spain, ensuring strong retention and sustainable growth. Own and execute the strategic vision for the Spanish XL segment, partnering closely with senior leadership to define long‑term market positioning and opportunities. Drive operational excellence across the Account Management team, ensuring scalable processes, clear performance tracking and efficient execution. Lead, coach, and scale a team of Account Managers through direct management of Team Leads, fostering a high‑performance and data‑driven culture. Act as the key escalation point for complex negotiations and at‑risk accounts, personally stepping in to secure and protect strategic revenue. Maintain close relationships with top‑tier clients through regular in‑person meetings, ensuring deep market understanding and strong partnerships. Leverage data and analytics to monitor portfolio health, identify risks, and uncover expansion opportunities across accounts. Your Profile Proven experience leading Account Management, Customer Success, or commercial teams at a senior level (Head of or similar), including managing managers. Strong foundation in top‑tier consulting or analytical environments, combined with significant experience in SaaS or high‑growth tech companies. Highly data‑driven, with advanced Excel skills and a strong ability to translate data into strategic decisions and actions. Demonstrated ability to build, scale, and lead high‑performing teams, driving accountability and results. Comfortable handling complex negotiations, managing enterprise‑level relationships and protecting high‑value revenue streams. Ability to define and execute long‑term strategies while staying hands‑on with operations and clients. Deep understanding of the Spanish market and enterprise/XL client segment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Spanish (native) and English (professional level). Self‑driven, highly organized, and committed to taking full ownership of outcomes.
