ABOUT THE ROLE We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented SSC Payroll & Benefits Specialist to support the setup and continuous improvement of the Europe HR Shared Service Center, with a key focus on payroll transformation, payroll vendor management and benefits administration across multiple European countries. This role will act as the in-house payroll coordinator for the Europe Region, working closely with local HR teams, Finance, MIB HQ HR teams and external payroll providers to ensure accurate, compliant and efficient payroll operations. The role will also support payroll vendor transition projects, payroll process standardization and internal communication coordination during payroll system or vendor changes. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Payroll Transformation Project Support • Support the implementation of Europe payroll transformation projects, including payroll vendor transition, process redesign, data migration and payroll calendar alignment. 1. Payroll Vendor Management • Manage day-to-day communication with payroll vendors to ensure payroll data submission, calculation, review and payment processes are completed on time. Monitor vendor service quality, including payroll accuracy, response time, compliance support and issue resolution. 1. Payroll Operations Coordination • Coordinate monthly payroll processes for assigned European countries, including payroll input collection, validation, submission, review and final confirmation. Support payroll reconciliation with Finance where required, including payroll cost reports, payment files and accrual information. 1. Benefits Administration Support • Support the administration and coordination of employee benefits across Europe, including meal vouchers, pension, insurance, transport allowance, company car-related benefits and other country-specific benefits where applicable. 1. Compliance, Data and Process Improvement • Ensure payroll and benefits processes comply with local labor law, tax, social security requirements, GDPR and internal company policies. Contribute to the development of payroll SOPs, templates, checklists and knowledge base materials for the Europe SSC. KEY REQUIREMENT • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration or related field., • 3+ years of experience in payroll, HR operations, HR shared service center, compensation & benefits or related HR function., • Experience in multi-country European payroll coordination is strongly preferred., • Experience in payroll vendor transition, payroll outsourcing, HR SSC setup or payroll process improvement projects is a strong advantage。, • Fluent English is required; additional European languages are a plus.
