This role focuses on enhancing visibility, analysis, and operational support across project governance, demand and capacity tracking, and resource allocation processes. The consultant will work closely with the Delivery Enablement Lead and key stakeholders across Sales, CSL, and Delivery to ensure high data quality, consistent reporting, and smooth execution of governance processes. The position plays a critical role in enabling informed decision‑making through accurate data, structured reporting, and proactive identification of risks and capacity constraints. /p h3Role Impact /h3 ul liEnsures accuracy, consistency, and reliability of delivery and capacity data across the organization /li liEnables improved decision-making across Sales, Delivery, and Resource Management functions /li liContributes to the establishment of a standardized SAP PS Project Management Office (PMO) framework /li /ul h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liProject Governance Support /li liSupport tracking and reporting across active projects /li liMaintain and enhance governance dashboards and reporting tools /li liMonitor project milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies in coordination with Project Managers /li liEnsure consistency and accuracy of project status information /li liDemand and Capacity Data Management /li liConsolidate pipeline and active workload data /li liSupport capacity tracking and utilization reporting /li liEnsure high data quality for forecasting and planning activities /li liIdentify and resolve inconsistencies or gaps in demand and capacity data /li liResource Management Support /li liSupport resource allocation processes under the guidance of the Delivery Enablement Lead /li liMaintain visibility of staffing assignments across projects /li liTrack allocation conflicts and elevate capacity constraints when required /li liHelp ensure alignment between available skills and project requirements /li liCross‑Functional Coordination /li liFacilitate coordination between Sales, CSL, and Delivery teams /li liPrepare materials for feasibility reviews and governance forums /li liEnsure timely and structured communication across stakeholders /li liSupport documentation and tracking of capacity risks and constraints /li /ul h3Key Interfaces /h3 ul liDelivery Enablement Lead /li liProject Managers /li liDelivery Managers /li liSales and Pre‑Sales Teams /li liCustomer Success Leads (CSL) /li liMarket Leads /li /ul h3Skills And Experience Required /h3 ul liExperience as a consultant and/or analyst in PMO, Project Management, Program Management, Consulting, or Operations /li liStrong analytical skills with high attention to detail /li liProficiency in data handling, reporting, and Excel, PowerBI or reporting tools /li liAbility to work within structured, process‑driven environments /li liStrong communication and stakeholder management skills /li liExperience in an SAP or IT consulting environment is an advantage /li liExperience in managing dynamic environments and dealing with resistance to change /li liKnowledge of project management tools such as Smartsheet (the company’s primary tool) and MS Project. /li /ul h3Success Profile /h3 ul liExperience / knowledge of Human Capital Management software is a plus /li liAble to navigate complex organizational structures and influence cross‑functional stakeholders /li liTranslates complex data into clear insights and actionable recommendations /liliWorks independently with strong accountability /li liHighly organized, detail‑oriented, and reliable /li liBalances adherence to structured processes with continuous improvement /li liCollaborative team player supporting a central governance function /li /ul h3Education /h3 ul liBachelor’s degree in Business Management or a related field (or equivalent) /li liProject Management certification or strong knowledge of frameworks (Waterfall, Agile, or Hybrid), such as PMI, Agile, or PRINCE2 /li /ul h3Languages /h3 ul liEnglish (required) /li liSpanish (highly valued) /li liGerman or French is a plus /li /ul pWe offer you a competitive total rewards package, continuing education training, and tremendous potential with a growing worldwide organization. /p pDisclaimer — Nothing in this job description restricts management's right to assign or reassign duties and responsibilities of this job to other entities; including but not limited to subsidiaries, partners, or purchasers of Strada business units. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
