Support statutory and year-end reporting activities, ensuring compliance with local legislation and client requirements. Respond to client queries, tickets, and calls within agreed service levels, providing accurate and professional support. Maintain strong knowledge of payroll processes, systems, and country-specific regulations. Support testing, system maintenance activities, and resolution of payroll or system issues. Liaise with third parties and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate service delivery. Complete controls, documentation, and process updates accurately and on time. Contribute to root cause analysis, continuous improvement initiatives, and knowledge-sharing activities. Escalate service risks, issues, or scope deviations to the Service Manager when required. Handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately and comply with security and company policies.* Participate in team meetings, projects, and other assigned activities to support service delivery and business objectives.We are looking for you that have • French at min. B2 level plus a working knowledge of English 2-3 years relevant experience administering Payroll or Health & Welfare/Benefits in an HR consulting, HR Outsourcing or Corporate environment.
