The Ideal Profile We are looking for a Sales Representative with a strong hunter mindset , deeply familiar with the Spanish market , capable of understanding different customer profiles and selling the Viver experience rather than a simple accommodation. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys phone-based sales , is motivated by objectives, and wants to grow within a dynamic and ambitious coliving project. Key Responsibilities Manage and convert inbound and outbound leads generated through digital platforms, partners, and campaigns. Conduct phone and online sales calls with potential residents. Understand customer needs and match them with the most suitable Viver solution. Sell the value of coliving: community, flexibility, services, and lifestyle. Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets . Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM. Coordinate with marketing, operations, and community teams to improve conversion. Act as a brand ambassador of Viver in every interaction. Experience & Background 2–3 years of experience in B2C sales in Spain, ideally pho ne-based.Exper ience in coliving, hospitality, real estate, student housing, or flexible livingProve n ability to work with KPIs, conversion funnels, and sales targets.Exper ience using CRM systems and lead management tools.Used to handling high lead volumes and fast decision cycles.Fluen t Spanish (native or bilingual) and good level of English. Key Skills & Competencies Excellent verbal communication and persuasion skills. High level of empathy and customer orientation. Ability to adapt to different buyer profiles (students, professionals, expats, digital nomads). Strong results-driven mindset with high personal accountability. Compensation & Incentives Viver offers a performance-driven and transparent compensation scheme, designed to reward ambition, consistency, and outstanding results. Fixed Salary 22,000 € gross per year 1. Revenue-Based Incentive (80%) Represents 80% of the total variable compensation. Directly linked to monthly revenue target achievement. Incentives start once 85% of the monthly revenue target is reached. The plan is uncapped, with accelerators allowing payouts of up to 200% in case of overperformance. 2. Performance & Quality Incentive (20%) Represents 20% of the total variable compensation. Linked to quantitative performance indicators, such as: Price mix optimization. Occupancy rate of the assigned room portfolio. Net occupancy contribution. Other agreed operational KPIs. Paid monthly based on achievement against predefined targets. Designed to align sales behavior with profitability, sustainability, and portfolio performance, not only volume Target Variable & Earnings Target monthly variable: ≈ 830 € Target annual variable (100% target): 10,000 € On-Target Earnings (OTE) OTE (100% target): 32,000 € gross per year Top performers: Can exceed 42,000 € gross per year, with no cap (up to 200% of variable)
