SALES MANAGER Our client is a fast-growing textile and leather manufacturing partner with operations in Europe, Turkey and Morocco. Our client specializes in product development, sourcing, procurement, and logistics. As part of its expansion, the client is opening a new commercial hub in Madrid to strengthen its global operations. As part of this exciting strategic journey of expansion of the company, we are looking for a Sales Manager based in Madrid (Spain). Reporting to the Commercial and Operations Director in Madrid, leading the different Factory Account Managers based in Morocco and Turkey and working daily with Engineering, Planning and Quality Departments, the Sales Manager will have the mission of developing the current existing customers (OEM & Tier 1 automotive accounts) and expand the market winning new customers, always aligning customer engineering needs with the company’s factories capability and following a quality based execution from RFQ to SOP. FUNCTIONAL CONTENT The Sales Manager will be responsible for: Business development: identify, open and develop OEM / Tier 1 prospects, managing the full cycle of the process, from mapping the market until the closing of the contract. Contracts/Frameworks: negotiate volume, pricing models, service levels, penalties and change controls. coordinate with plant engineering and quality deparments. Capacity & delivery model: align demand variability with plant capability; propose warehouse/stocking strategies in EU. Bachelor’s degree (BA, Economics or similar). ~5+ years in international business‑to‑business sales ideally in automotive components/performance materials or textile ~ English language: fluent. ~ ERP/CRM proficiency; advance level in Excel/ Google sheets. ~ builds cost models and scenario analysis and clearly defends cost / price / profit. ~ Engineering savvy: reads drawings/ specs, understands tolerances and manufacturability, comfortable on plant floor and in technical reviews. ~ Benefits package (flexible compensation plan including health insurance, transport card, meal card, childcare support, and training) Permanent contract Continuous training and professional development opportunities within the company
