The District Sales Operations partner closely with District Sales Managers, Sales Executives, and Regional/GEO Sales Operations teams to ensure consistent execution of sales initiatives and support sustainable revenue growth for the district office and the global Expeditors network. /ppThe position offers a collaborative and dynamic work environment with clear opportunities for professional growth, recognition, and development within Sales Operations. /ppThe following responsibilities define the minimum expected outcomes of a successful District Sales Operations professional: /pulliSupport and attend weekly district sales meetings. /liliManage and distribute sales leads to ensure timely follow‑up and data accuracy. /liliOrganize and coordinate sales training sessions within the district. /liliManage company visitors and coordinate meeting schedules with sales teams and stakeholders. /liliDeliver regular reporting to support sales initiatives and maintain data integrity across systems. /liliAct as a local expert and advocate for sales enablement tools and CRM platforms. /liliFacilitate bid and RFP processes, including coordination of inputs, executive summaries, formatting, deadline management, and accuracy of responses. /liliServe as the local point of contact for bid management and facilitation. /liliCoordinate and deliver customer‑facing district events in collaboration with Business Development teams. /liliAnalyze and distribute feedback or survey results following customer events. /liliSupport local marketing initiatives and ensure use of approved templates and branding guidelines. /liliCoordinate targeted marketing campaigns and regional newsletter communications alongside Regional Sales Operations. /liliParticipate actively in training and professional development initiatives to enhance Sales and Sales Operations knowledge. /liliWork closely with Regional Sales Operations and GEO Sales Operations teams. /liliTake on additional assignments or projects as required to support overall Business Development needs. /li /ulh3Qualifications /h3ulliProven experience in a sales support, sales operations, marketing, or commercial coordination role. /liliStrong organizational, problem‑solving, and interpersonal skills. /liliAbility to work productively both independently and collaboratively across functions. /liliHigh attention to detail with a strong sense of accountability and urgency. /liliProficiency in digital tools, CRM platforms, and Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook). /liliExcellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentation skills. /liliAbility to perform effectively in a fast‑paced, changing environment. /liliProfessional fluency in English is required. /li /ulh3Additional Information /h3pbWhat We Offer /b /pulliOpportunity to join a global leader in international logistics. /liliDynamic, collaborative, and performance‑driven work environment. /liliOngoing learning and professional development opportunities. /liliExposure to regional and global Sales Operations networks. /liliCompetitive compensation and recognition aligned with performance outcomes. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
