We are looking for a CRM & Marketing Automation consultant with a strong strategic mindset and solid hands-on experience across CRM and marketing automation platforms to help design, execute, and optimize scalable customer engagement programs. This role will be key in bridging strategy and execution, contributing to lifecycle planning, journey design, segmentation, personalization, performance analysis, and continuous optimization across multiple channels and client environments. What you’ll do • Design, build, and optimize automated journeys and multichannel CRM campaigns across email, push, in-app, SMS, web and other owned channels., • Contribute to the definition of CRM use cases, lifecycle strategies, communication flows and automation frameworks aligned with business goals and customer behavior., • Define and manage advanced audience segmentation and personalization logic using customer attributes, behavioral signals, events and dynamic content capabilities., • Translate business and customer needs into scalable CRM activation plans and automation solutions., • Analyze behavioral, engagement and conversion data to generate actionable insights and identify opportunities for improvement., • Implement A/B testing, channel optimization and experimentation initiatives to improve performance and customer experience., • Produce performance reports and strategic recommendations to guide decision-making and demonstrate business impact., • Collaborate closely with data, creative and tech teams to develop and execute integrated CRM initiatives., • Support the definition of data requirements for CRM programs, including events, attributes, audience logic and personalization inputs., • Ensure quality, consistency and adherence to CRM best practices, deliverability standards and compliance requirements, including consent and privacy management. Requirements • 3–5 years of experience in CRM, marketing automation, lifecycle marketing or customer engagement roles., • Strong hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms such as Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Campaign, HubSpot, Klaviyo, Selligent or similar., • Solid understanding of automated journeys, audience segmentation, personalization logic and CRM reporting., • Experience working with multichannel CRM programs and customer lifecycle communications., • Strong understanding of database logic, customer attributes, behavioral events and activation requirements., • Intermediate knowledge of HTML and email template editing., • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, plus familiarity with reporting tools such as Looker Studio, Tableau or similar., • Intermediate to advanced English level (B2 or higher). Nice to have • Experience with Braze or other journey orchestration platforms., • Basic understanding of SQL, APIs or Customer Data Platforms (CDP)., • Experience working on global or multi-market projects., • Exposure to experimentation frameworks, deliverability best practices or channel optimization strategies., • Interest in AI applications for CRM, personalization or content optimization. *GUT is a business unit within Globant, operating as its creative and marketing division.
