Through forward‑looking analysis and close collaboration with sales leadership, you ensure that commercial decisions are value‑creating, strategically aligned, and performance‑driven. /ppThis role is about shaping the business — not reporting on it. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3h3Drive Commercial Performance /h3ulliAnalyze commercial trends, customer performance, product mix and profitability. /liliIdentify risks, opportunities and patterns that help Sales take informed decisions. /liliDeliver clear recommendations to improve pricing, margins, investments and commercial strategies. /liliTranslate complex data into simple, actionable storytelling for non‑financial stakeholders. /li /ulh3Be a true partner to Sales /h3ulliWork closely with Sales to support both day‑to‑day decisions and long‑term plans. /liliParticipate in commercial meetings as the financial voice of the team. /liliChallenge assumptions and drive fact‑based, value‑creating decisions. /liliCollaborate with Marketing, Supply Chain and other functions to ensure a holistic view of the business. /li /ulh3Commercial Performance Management /h3ulliLead commercial forecasting and business planning, ensuring ambitious yet realistic growth targets and strong margin delivery. /liliDrive performance transparency by translating deviations into clear commercial implications and corrective actions. /liliBuild and maintain KPI dashboards focused on commercial performance. /li /ulh3Strategic Support /h3ulliSupport pricing, portfolio, and customer strategies with robust financial modeling. /liliEvaluate ROI of commercial investments and support strategic decision‑making. /li /ulh3Required Qualifications /h3h3Must have /h3ulliMinimum 3 years of experience in Commercial Finance, Business Controlling, or Business Partnering roles with direct exposure to Sales and revenue‑driving functions. /li /ulh3French and English speaking /h3ulliProven ability to influence commercial decisions and drive measurable impact on revenue growth and margin improvement. /liliAbility to turn complex data into clear commercial insights, strategic conclusions, and actionable recommendations. /liliConfidence in presenting to and influencing non‑financial stakeholders. /li /ulh3Strong analytical and modelling skills (Excel, Sales Force and BI tools) /h3ulliExperience in retail or any sales‑driven environment. /liliExperience with Customer Bonus Management, including structuring, tracking, and evaluating rebate agreements to ensure transparency, profitability, and alignment with commercial objectives. /liliHands‑on collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Supply chain and other departments in our business unit. /liliFamiliarity with data visualization tools (Power BI and Power Point). /li /ulh3Nice to have /h3ulliExperience in retail or any sales‑driven environment. /liliExperience with Customer Bonus Management, including structuring, tracking, and evaluating rebate agreements to ensure transparency, profitability, and alignment with commercial objectives. /liliHands‑on collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Supply chain and other departments in our business unit. /liliFamiliarity with data visualization tools (Power BI and Power Point). /li /ulh3Key Soft Skills /h3ulliStrong commercial curiosity and drive to understand what truly creates value in the market. /liliExcellent communication and storytelling abilities. /liliAbility to connect data and business impact and actions. /liliConsultative mindset and stakeholder influencing skills. /liliStrategic thinking and proactivity. /li /ulpPosition based in MATARO’ /ppWe embrace diversity and equality with an environment of inclusion.
