Upify Mobile, a leader in digital content distribution through alternative channels (telcos, OEMs, SVOD) and developer of value-added services and solutions for mobile devices, seeks a Business Development Manager to capitalize on its exponential growth in international markets. Responsibilities · Lead quantitative and qualitative growth across company business channels. · Identify and evaluate new market opportunities, partnerships, and digital distribution trends (telcos, OEMs, SVOD). Tasks stemming from responsibilities · Develop annual plans in coordination with executive management. · Budgeting and forecasting. · Define and track OKRs and KPIs based on established annual plans and objectives. · Create, develop, and analyze viability of services and business models. · Generate and qualify leads/prospects. · Identify, track, and respond to RFPs, RFIs, and similar processes issued by telcos and other stakeholders; negotiate and secure entry into these opportunities, maximizing win rates. · Identify, evaluate, negotiate, and manage agreements with key stakeholders (content providers, media, IT, telcos, billing providers, OEMs, channels, etc.) · Market and competitor analysis to identify opportunities. · Monitor regulatory trends (GDPR, EU VAT, etc.) · Manage company commercial materials (presentations, website, social media, etc.) · Coordinate teams (direct and support). · Optimize operational processes. · Represent the company at trade fairs and congresses. · Lead innovation in emerging channels and trends. Requirements · University degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or similar. · Preferred: MBA, Digital Marketing, or Telecom specialization. · Technical skills: Advanced proficiency in Excel, CRM (e.g., Salesforce, Hubspot), Google Analytics, and forecasting tools. · 3-5 years in business development or B2B sales. · Proven experience in partnerships with telcos, OEMs, content providers (SVOD/OTT), billing providers, and digital channels. · Track record in revenue generation: contract negotiation, business model launches, and closing international deals. · Knowledge of European markets (DACH, Spain, Portugal, NL), including compliance (GDPR, VAT). · Results-oriented: Experience defining OKRs/KPIs and optimizing processes. · Availability for frequent travel and hybrid/international work. · Languages: Fluent English (C1+), Spanish B2+. German, French, or Portuguese highly valued.
