ph3About the Job /h3 pThe Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying, developing and managing business opportunities for Fagron Genomics, focusing on B2B sales, client acquisition, commercial partnerships and revenue growth. The role requires a commercially driven professional with strong communication skills, business acumen and the ability to build long‑term relationships with clients and partners in the healthcare, pharmaceutical, laboratory or life sciences sectors. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liDevelop and execute business development plans to grow Fagron Genomics’ client portfolio. /li liIdentify and prospect new B2B clients, distributors, laboratories, healthcare companies and strategic partners. /li liOpen new commercial opportunities in LATAM and other selected international markets. /li liPrepare commercial proposals, negotiate terms and close business agreements. /li liBuild strong, long‑term relationships with new and existing customers. /li /ul ul liContribute to the definition of the commercial strategy for Fagron Genomics. /li liIdentify market trends, competitor activity and new business opportunities. /li liSupport the launch and promotion of new services, tests or genomic solutions. /li liCollaborate with marketing and internal teams to develop sales materials, presentations and promotional tools. /li /ul ul liFollow up with existing customers to ensure satisfaction, retention and growth. /li liProvide commercial guidance and coordinate internally when technical or operational input is required. /li liMaintain accurate and up‑to‑date customer information in the CRM. /li liAct as a trusted business partner for clients, ensuring a professional and responsive service. /li /ul ul liAchieve agreed sales and profit targets. /li liMonitor pipeline, commercial activity and business performance. /li liPrepare regular reports on sales activity, forecasts, opportunities and results. /li liUse CRM and internal reporting tools consistently to ensure visibility and team coordination. /li /ul h3Desired Sectors and Background /h3 ul liHealthcare /li liPharmaceutical industry /li liDiagnostics /li liGenomics /li liLaboratories /li liLife sciences /li liBiotech or Medtech /li liNutraceuticals or personalized medicine /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liRelevant experience in B2B sales or business development, preferably in healthcare, pharma, diagnostics, laboratory services or life sciences. /li liProven ability to identify prospects, open doors and develop new accounts. /li liExperience preparing proposals, negotiating agreements and closing sales. /li liGood understanding of sales strategy, customer relationship management and commercial reporting. /li liStrong communication and interpersonal skills. /li liAbility to work with multidisciplinary teams, including marketing, operations, laboratory, customer service and management. /li liBusiness‑oriented mindset with good analytical and problem‑solving skills. /li liComfortable working with CRM systems and sales reporting tools. /li liBased in the province of Barcelona, with availability to work from Terrassa. /li liAvailability to travel when required. /li /ul h3Languages /h3 ul liFluent Spanish and English are required. /li liAdditional languages will be highly valued, especially French, Portuguese, Italian or German. /li /ul h3Personal Skills /h3 ul liProactive and results‑oriented. /li liStrong negotiation skills. /li liProfessional presence and ability to build credibility with clients. /li liOrganized, autonomous and reliable. /li liComfortable working in a dynamic, international and growing environment. /li liTeam player with a collaborative mindset. /li liCurious, adaptable and willing to learn about genomic and diagnostic solutions. /li /ul h3What's on Offer /h3 pAt Fagron, you’ll find plenty of chances to grow — both personally and professionally.
