Mission As an International Sales Representative, you will play a strategic role in driving the company’s international growth and strengthening its market position across assigned territories. You will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, expanding strategic partnerships, and managing key client relationships across international markets. By leveraging market insights and understanding regional dynamics, you will translate corporate strategy into effective local execution while ensuring consistency with company standards and objectives. • Execute growth strategy according to company policy, • Develop sales channel and market share, • Develop sales of strategic products in our PDP with an 80/20 mindset, • Support innovation and CBI process, applying ITW sales excellence, • Execute sales excellence by building up a pipeline and defending margin and prices based on customer value, • Analysis of sales performance, providing clear visibility of sales forecast, • Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a pipeline of short, medium and long-term opportunities, ensuring clear visibility of trends and forecasts., • Scouting and qualifying new distributor in key markets according ITW-R standards, • CRM Utilization: Use CRM tools to support commercial activities and market intelligence This position could be remote 100% (France or Spain) or Hybrid (Barcelona / Castellar del vallés). Other tasks • Improve market and product knowledge, • Competitive and market intelligence Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry or Biology – dual degree in sciences and business Years of Experience 3-5 years Languages Required • Native or fluent in Spanish (C1), • Native or fluent in French (C1), • Fluent in English (C1 spoken and written), • Fluent additional language, highly appreciated (German, Chinese) Qualifications • Proven knowledge and understanding of the laboratory business and the dynamics and trends of the end markets, • Minimum 4 years of sales experience on Chemicals and Biochemicals reagents in international markets, • Experience in managing distributor network for the laboratory sector in multicultural context; experience of territory planning and management – Export / import knowledge, • Understanding and knowledge of analytical techniques in general, and especially those focused on the following markets: Pharma, Food, Environmental, • Knowledge of international business through distribution network, • Financials understanding Soft Skills • Strong goal orientation, with 80/20 mindset, • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, • Ability to persuade and convince others, according to the Company needs, objectives and policies, • Excellent multicultural and interpersonal skills, • Aggressive growth mindset, • Perseverant, curious and eager to learn What do we offer? • A professional opportunity in the chemical sector within one of the most recognized companies in its industry., • A dynamic organization., • International focus., • Permanent contract.
