🆕 You'll shape the PMO from day one: methodology, processes, governance, everything. Your impact will be visible across the entire Mediterranean Region, partnering with diverse teams and leaders. This is not a maintenance role, it’s a build, evolve, and elevate opportunity. 📌 What you will do • Design and roll out the IT PMO, including governance, delivery standards, and project methodology., • Lead the end‑to‑end demand management process, ensuring alignment with architecture, integrations, and tech stack standards., • Govern and optimize the Atlassian ecosystem (Jira Software, JSM, Confluence) to bring consistency, traceability, and scalable ways of working., • Coordinate delivery across multiple teams and partners, ensuring prioritization, predictability, and clear communication., • Drive adoption of new processes, governance models, and planning practices across the region., • Experiment with and implement AI‑powered capabilities to enhance visibility, reporting, automation, and decision‑making. ✔️ Your profile. We’re looking for someone with a solid blend of PMO leadership, governance discipline, and Atlassian expertise, ideally with: • 5+ years in IT PMO, project portfolio governance, or demand management., • Strong hands‑on experience configuring Atlassian tools (Jira Software, Jira Service Management, Confluence)., • Deep understanding of project management frameworks (PMI, Prince2) and Agile methods (Scrum, Kanban)., • Confident coordinating with technical teams and understanding integration patterns., • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills., • Fluency in English and Spanish., • Bonus points for: Jira Product Discovery, Advanced Roadmaps, Jira Align, integrations with Azure DevOps/ServiceNow, data/flow metrics, OKRs/KPIs, AI for prioritization or reporting, or any certifications (PMP, Prince2, ITIL4, SAFe, Atlassian ACP). 🏆What we offer • Starting date: ASAP., • Work in an international environment.
