Arctech, a global leader in solar trackers, fixed-tilt structures, and BIPV solutions, is looking for a Regional Sales Manager to drive commercial growth across the European solar market. As a key member of our European sales team, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our presence in strategic countries, managing top-tier clients, identifying new business opportunities, and aligning market needs with Arctech’s global strategy. Key Responsibilities • Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with strategic clients, asset owners, and EPCs across the European solar market., • Identify and develop new business opportunities in key countries such as Spain, France, Italy, Greece, Romania, and others., • Lead the full sales cycle: lead generation, bid preparation, negotiations, contract closure, and handover to the project execution team., • Work closely with engineering, logistics, and project management teams to ensure smooth execution aligned with client expectations., • Deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations, highlighting Arctech’s technological advantages., • Monitor and analyze market intelligence, regulatory trends, and competitor activity, providing strategic insights to management., • Represent Arctech at industry trade shows, conferences, and commercial meetings, strengthening brand visibility across Europe. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field., • 3–5 years of experience in B2B sales or key account management within the solar industry, ideally with exposure to trackers or PV solutions., • Full professional proficiency in English (working language)., • French or Italian as a second European language is highly valued., • Proven ability to manage clients independently and lead the entire sales cycle., • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with C-level stakeholders., • Willingness to travel regularly across Europe., • Strong sense of ownership, results-driven mindset, and ability to thrive in fast-paced, multicultural environments.
