This is a full-time on-site role as a Sales Assistant at our Marbella location. As a Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, assisting customers in finding the perfect fragrance, and sharing product knowledge. You will also help with inventory management, visual merchandising, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. Qualifications
Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect and build relationships with customers
Exceptional customer service skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Proven sales experience, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
Highly organized, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
Attention to detail and a keen eye for visual merchandising
Ability to work well in a team environment
Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
Previous experience in the perfume industry or luxury retail is desirable
