At ING we are looking for Compliance Business Expert Your role and work environment :We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Compliance Business Expert to join our Mortgage Team of Home Tribe in a squad that can help us develop new customer/product features and legal initiatives focused on Mortgage workflow. Your key responsibilities: As Compliance Business Expert in Safe and Secure you will: • Be responsible for understanding the current mortgage workflow in order to: Implement new business functionalities in the current mortgage application flow., • Modify existing functionalities to comply with legal regulations., • Find the right balance between implementing improvements and implementation costs in a workflow that is being phased out., • Understand legal and regulatory requirements and translate them into business requirements., • Manage asset maintenance by coordinating and prioritizing day-to-day incidents., • Provide clear delivery timelines aligned with legal and audit deadlines., • Coordinate follow-up on the asset’s different issues, driving progress and implementation within the tribe., • Support PO to increase efficiency, reduce complexity, bringing the best experience in the moments of truth linked to mortgages and pursuing for innovative solutions., • Translate business needs in requirements for the implementation., • Have a clear understanding of IT framework in ING and be acquainted with technology development., • Be an expert of your product & service prioritizing on value delivered for our customers in short cycles, defining a first MVP and improving with the feedback gathered., • Be able to support complex and demanding environment, setting clear roadmaps and solving impediments.
