-------------------------- We're looking for a Runner who understands that in fine dining, rhythm is everything: someone quick, attentive and full of energy, able to get every dish to the table at the perfect moment and to support, from behind the scenes, a meal by the sea worth remembering — even with their feet in the sand. What you'll do You'll be the quiet engine of our dining room. You'll carry every dish from the kitchen to the table, caring for temperature, sequence and timing; you'll be the bridge between kitchen and floor, anticipating what the team needs; you'll keep the mise en place and station always ready; you'll support the waiters with clearing and restocking with discretion and precision; and you'll bring your energy and passion for hospitality to every service. What we're looking for Drive, attitude and pace (previous experience as a runner or on the floor is a plus, but not essential). Physical agility for a fast-moving service, a real team spirit, and some English to work in an international setting. Availability to work through the season, including evenings, weekends and public holidays. Your attitude and potential matter more to us than a perfect list of credentials: if the project excites you, we want to meet you. What we offer The chance to be part of an internationally renowned hospitality group, in a new venture with real room to grow. Genuine training and development within the group —being a runner is the best way in to build a career on the floor—, a passionate team, a unique setting by the sea, and competitive terms.
