Before we get started: Here at Ingenio, we'd love to talk with you regardless of your qualifications or years of experience. If you believe you’d be a great fit for this role, we invite you to apply even if you do not meet all points on the job description. Who we are: Ingenio is on a mission to make spiritual wellness a core part of modern self-care. We are a global media and technology company developing products that provide guidance on love, relationships, careers, and all aspects of life. We are passionate about connecting people with the world’s best advisors and contentto restore spiritual wellness to its rightful place, easing the stress of modern life with trusted ancient practices. Our global portfolio spans over 20 marketplace and media brands in the spiritual and emotional wellness space. Our flagship brands include Keen, Horoscope.Com, Astrology.Com, Purple Garden, Kasamba, and Kang. How you’ll be impactful: Ingenio's US Marketplace (Keen) is looking for a Senior Product Manager to help lead our next chapter of growth. We've just completed a rebrand and are deep into a full product redesign, and this role builds on that new foundation and turns it into real gains in conversion, revenue, and customer LTV. People come to Keen at moments that matter, with real questions about their relationships, their careers, and their lives. Whether they find the right advisor, trust them, and come back is what drives the business. You’ll focus on our most critical growth levers: conversion, retention, advisor-consumer matching, and monetization and packaging. You’ll own the initiatives that move those numbers, and you'll have real influence on where we place our bets. Where you'll start: activation. The first job is converting new visitors into first paid conversations. You'll own landing pages, registration, onboarding, and first-purchase offers, and you'll build a high-velocity experimentation practice that compounds. You'll partner with Marketing as one team with shared targets: new customers acquired, cost to acquire them, and how many convert. Where it goes: new user growth. Once the funnel is converting, you'll expand into the levers that bring new people to Keen in the first place. You'll partner with Marketing to find Keen's next growth channel, testing what comes after paid search and building the product experiences that make new channels work. You'll ship free experiences that capture intent (AI tools, quizzes, readings) and bring people to Keen on their own, and explore referral and viral mechanics where they fit. Over time, you become the product owner of Keen's growth engine, not just its funnel. We are a small team - four Product and Design people today and growing. You will have real ownership, direct access to leadership, and little distance between your work and the business. Please note: This role will require being in our SF office at least 3 days per week (Tuesday-Thursday). What you’ll be doing: Own Keen's activation outcomes: new registrations, registration-to-first-paid-conversation rate, and new-customer CAC. Set targets jointly with Marketing and report on them together. Define and prioritize the growth roadmap using funnel data, customer insight, and unit economics, and communicate tradeoffs clearly to leadership. Own the new-user surfaces across web and mobile: landing pages, registration, onboarding, activation, and first-purchase packaging and promotions. Run rapid, statistically sound experimentation across messaging, flow, friction, and offers, with a clear hypothesis, success metric, and decision rule for every test. Understand first-time users deeply by combining quantitative funnel analysis with customer interviews, usability studies, and behavioral research to uncover what drives or blocks a first conversation. Find the next growth channel with Marketing. Help decide which channels to test after paid search, own the landing and onboarding experience for each one, and build the measurement that proves whether it's incremental and worth scaling. Make the product itself a source of new users. Ship free, intent-capturing experiences (AI tools, quizzes, readings) that bring people to Keen without paid media and nurture them toward a first conversation, and test referral or sharing mechanics where they fit a private, one-to-one service. What you’ll need to be successful: 6+ years of product management, including significant time in a growth role on a consumer (B2C) product, subscription business, or two-sided marketplace. A track record of directly owning and improving acquisition, activation, or conversion metrics, with clear accountability and measurable results. Hands-on experimentation depth: you've run hundreds of tests, know when a result is real, and can stand up an experimentation practice where one doesn't fully exist. Fluency in growth economics (conversion, activation, CAC, LTV:CAC, attribution, incrementality) and comfort with modern product analytics and feature-flagging tools. Experience partnering with marketing teams on shared targets, and shipping product work that made paid or organic channels perform better. AI fluency, both in the products you ship and in your own workflows. You've built experiences where a model generates the output, and you use AI tools to move faster yourself. High ownership and a bias toward action. You move quickly without sacrificing rigor, prioritize decisively in ambiguous environments, and influence Product, Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Leadership through data and clear decision-making rather than coordination alone. Perks & Benefits: Opportunity to work alongside a friendly, talented, and highly collaborative team Premium medical, dental, and vision insurance Generous holiday and PTO policies (including Birthday PTO!) Summer Fridays Technology stipend 401k matching program Lunch Wellness allowance Training and development opportunities and allowance Fun and inclusive in-person and virtual events Pay Transparency: The US base salary range for this full-time position is $175,000-$200,000. In addition to competitive base pay, this role is eligible for an annual bonus, equity, and comprehensive benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum target base salary for new hiresin the San Francisco Bay Area. Individual compensation is determined based on work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. This role does not sponsor or support new or transferred H-1B, F-1, OPT, STEM OPT, or any other visas. Why Ingenio? As part of our integral end‑to‑end solutions, we design, implement and support onboard IT networks, bandwidth management tools and cyber security services, all aimed at providing our clients with premium digital solutions and the best possible user experience. In 2018, Omni Access joined forces with the Marlink Group. Marlink is a managed service provider and global leader in remote ICT solutions with annual revenues surpassing $800 million and 1,500 employees operating in more than 30 countries. Wherever our customers are in the world, we deliver them possibilities to work smarter and to operate more effectively, more safely, more sustainably – without the limitations of technology. With our possibility platform, we enable a comprehensive suite of end‑to‑end managed solutions (Connectivity, Network, Cyber Security, Cloud & IT, Io T & Apps), supported by professional services, unmatched global operations and delivery capabilities and local support teams. As a global company with a local focus, we help make tomorrow’s possibilities today’s realities. This strategic partnership has enabled us to expand our reach and capabilities, offering our clients an even broader range of innovative digital solutions and unparalleled support. At Omni Access, our vision is bold and clear: to deliver possibilities anywhere, empower innovation everywhere, and shape the future of maritime digital solutions. Role Purpose Marlink Group is seeking a dynamic Product Architect: Network & Platform to shape and deliver the Network and Platform domains of the Possibility Portfolio. The scope spans Marlink's Edge infrastructure (CPE) and orchestration framework, and the network services that run on it — SD-WAN, LAN/Wi‑Fi, bandwidth optimisation, Qo S/Qo E, and Network Access — across maritime and enterprise environments. This is a hybrid role between product management and engineering. It is the bridge between business expectations and technical feasibility, and it works in both directions: shaping the products in the category into clear, sellable propositions, and driving their technical execution — requirements, coordination of teams, and proofs of concept. The role is customer‑centric at its core. It starts from what customers need and how they buy and use our services, keeps that perspective present in every architecture and roadmap decision, and stays close to BUs and customers to make sure what we build is what the market values. Key Responsibilities Commercial Productization Shape the products in the Network & Platform category into clearly defined, sellable propositions — scope, tiers, packaging, and differentiation. Work with Pricing, Commercial and BU teams to turn cost and capability drivers into viable pricing and margin structures. Provide the technical substance behind go‑to‑market materials — value propositions, capability descriptions, and positioning. Support BU pre‑sales and solution reviews, and feed recurring customer requirements back into the roadmap. Requirements & Feasibility Turn product requirements into precise technical specifications — the quality gate between product intent and engineering execution. Validate feasibility of roadmap commitments with Group Engineering before sign‑off. Translate engineering constraints and trade‑offs into product implications for the Head of Product and governance forums. Reference Architecture Own and maintain the Network & Platform reference architecture — CPE, orchestration and service onboarding; SD‑WAN, LAN/Wi‑Fi, WAN optimisation, Qo S/Qo E and Network Access — co‑defined with Group Engineering. Define the integration requirements that let Connectivity, Cloud & IT, Cyber and Io T services deploy consistently through the platform. Maintain architecture documentation, design standards and capability catalogues as shared Group standards. Technical Execution & Team Coordination Drive product initiatives from requirement to release, coordinating across Group Engineering, IT, Cybersecurity and BU technical teams. Sequence dependencies between network and platform workstreams; surface conflicts and trade‑offs early. Act as the technical reference point during implementation, resolving ambiguity and arbitrating design decisions against product intent. Track delivery against roadmap commitments and report status and risks into governance. Governance & BU Engagement Set architecture standards and ensure BU implementations conform to Possibility Portfolio guardrails. Engage BU product and technical teams regularly to capture local and customer requirements and feed them into the global roadmap. Innovation & Proof of Concept Track emerging technologies — edge computing, virtualisation, AI‑driven operations and SD‑WAN, SASE, intent‑based networking — and market and customer trends relevant to the portfolio. Run proof‑of‑concept initiatives with Engineering to validate new capabilities, technically and commercially, before roadmap commitment. Define what each Po C must prove and convert the outcome into a clear recommendation: proceed, adapt, or stop. Success Outcomes Products in the category are clearly defined, commercially coherent and ready to sell. Roadmap commitments are consistently feasibility‑validated before sign‑off. Engineering receives unambiguous, well‑structured requirements. Initiatives move from requirement to release with dependencies managed and without avoidable rework. The reference architecture is the recognised standard across Group Engineering and BU teams, with reduced variance across Business Units. New capabilities are validated through structured Po Cs before commitment. Minimum Requirements Skills & Experience The Hybrid Profile Track record at the boundary of product and engineering — a PM with deep architecture exposure, a Solutions Architect who moved into product, or a Network/Technical Lead with commercial instincts. Able to write a product requirement, review a design, and defend a commercial construct with equal rigour. Customer‑oriented: understands customer needs and translates them into product and architecture decisions. Comfortable engaging commercial, portfolio and engineering stakeholders in the same working day, and coordinating teams without direct authority. Technical Depth Solid understanding of SD‑WAN, LAN/Wi‑Fi, Qo S/Qo E, routing protocols (BGP, OSPF) and multi‑access WAN architectures. Solid understanding of edge computing, CPE, virtualisation, container orchestration and service lifecycle automation. Knowledge of SASE, SSE and ZTNA as applied to managed network services and security at the edge. Familiarity with satellite communications (VSAT, LEO) and their network integration considerations. Working knowledge of TM Forum frameworks (e TOM, SID, Open APIs). Working knowledge of how AI/ML integrates into edge and network products — deployment patterns, inference at the edge vs. cloud, cost/latency trade‑offs, and observability. Commercial Capability Experience productizing technical capability into sellable managed services — scope, tiering, packaging, positioning. Understands the cost and margin drivers of managed services and works constructively with Pricing and Commercial functions. Articulates technical differentiation in terms customers and commercial audiences act on. Industry & Context Background in MSP, telecommunications, network services, managed connectivity, cloud or digital infrastructure. Exposure to maritime, mobility, energy or remote enterprise operations is strongly preferred. Experience in matrix organisations, influencing BU and cross‑functional teams without direct authority. Why Join Us Full‑time, permanent position with competitive salary Annual performance bonus based on individual and company achievements. Hybrid model: possibility of two days per week of teleworking. Flexible working hours Access to private health insurance from day one. Exclusive discounts at car rental companies, insurance companies, banks, travel agencies, and phone company.
