What You’ll Do Lead fit-out projects across the Iberia region from project initiation to opening. Own project planning, budgets, programmes, quality, risk, and commercial performance. Coordinate consultants, contractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to deliver projects successfully. Oversee multiple projects across the region, balancing priorities and resources to meet business needs. Support and coordinate Project Managers to ensure consistent project delivery. Act as a regional point of contact for fit-out projects, providing reporting, escalation, and decision-making. Drive continuous improvement by standardising processes and sharing best practices across the Fit-Out team. What You’ll Have 7+ years of experience delivering commercial fit-out projects, preferably in hospitality, retail, or other design-led environments. Strong understanding of architecture, interior design, and construction, with the ability to translate design intent into high-quality execution Excellent project and commercial management skills.
