Experteer Overview As the Vision and Inspection Technology Specialist, you lead vision and inspection initiatives across EMEA RPSI sites to boost product quality and process reliability. You own the evaluation, deployment, and lifecycle of 2D/3D vision systems, cameras, lighting, and image processing, coordinating with vendors and internal teams. You’ll align solutions with quality, safety, and operational goals while enabling scalable, Industry 4.0-enabled improvements. This role blends technical leadership with cross-site collaboration to drive smart manufacturing and quality excellence. Compensaciones / Beneficios • Lead evaluation, selection, and deployment of vision and inspection technologies (2D/3D vision systems, cameras, sensors, lighting, image processing) • Ensure solutions are fit-for-purpose, scalable, and aligned with quality, safety, and operations goals • Collaborate with vendors, integrators, and internal teams for installations, commissioning, and validation • Manage lifecycle planning for vision technologies (upgrades, obsolescence, standardisation) • Build and maintain a network of best-in-class vision technology vendors and products • Conduct technical feasibility studies and performance evaluations for proposed solutions • Support business case development and investment planning for inspection and quality automation • Identify opportunities to improve defect detection, yield, traceability, and robustness • Lead regional improvement initiatives and coordinate cross-site rollout of technologies • Coordinate with Automation, Controls, OT, and Digital Infrastructure teams for seamless integration • Share lessons learned and best practices across sites; stay updated on AI-based inspection and sensing trends • Support training and development of plant teams on vision technologies Responsabilidades • Proven experience deploying and supporting industrial vision and inspection systems in manufacturing • Strong technical knowledge of machine vision, cameras, lighting, sensors, and image processing • Understanding of integration with controls, OT, and digital platforms • Ability to coach and guide others with structured knowledge sharing • Excellent project management and stakeholder engagement skills • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities • Passion for enabling smart manufacturing and quality excellence • Willingness to travel frequently across RPSI sites in EMEA Requisitos principales •
