That’s why we need a Operational Excellence Specialist like you. /p h3Role Mission /h3 pTo lead and drive continuous improvement, operational excellence, and project management initiatives, promoting process optimization, waste elimination, standardization of best practices, and enhanced operational performance. /p pThe successful candidate will act as a key contributor in the planning, coordination, monitoring, and communication of strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment across all involved functions and facilitating the successful execution of transformation and improvement projects that deliver business value. /p pYou will work cross-functionally with Operations, Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain, IT, and other business areas to identify improvement opportunities and develop solutions that increase productivity, quality, efficiency, and internal and external customer satisfaction. /p h3What Your Responsibilities Will Be /h3 ul liLead and coordinate Biomat workstreams related to the implementation of the new Plasma Logistics Center (PLC). /li liPlan, organize and monitor project activities, ensuring alignment of timelines, milestones, deliverables, resources and dependencies. /li liCoordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders, facilitating effective communication and collaboration across the organization. /li liDrive process improvement, standardization, digitalization and Operational Excellence initiatives to enhance operational performance. /li liMonitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and ensure appropriate mitigation and follow-up actions. /li liPrepare and communicate project status updates, KPIs, governance materials and executive reports to support decision-making. /li liEnsure compliance with GxP requirements, quality standards and applicable regulatory expectations throughout the project lifecycle. /li liSupport change management and project portfolio initiatives, promoting successful implementation and sustainable adoption of new processes and ways of working. /li liFacilitate collaboration between cross-functional teams and help drive alignment, accountability and execution discipline across the project. /li liSupport change management activities to enable successful implementation and adoption of the future processes and ways of working. /li liManage and/or contribute to other projects within the Biomat project portfolio, as required, ensuring alignment with business priorities, operational excellence standards and quality requirements. /li liContribute to the development of the Operational Excellence strategy and support broader business transformation initiatives. /li /ul h3Who You Are /h3 pTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions). /p ul liBachelor's degree in Engineering, Biotechnology, Life Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field. /li liAdvanced level of English, Spanish, both written and spoken. /li li3 to 5 years of experience in Operational Excellence, Continuous Improvement, PMO, Project Management, Process Excellence, or similar roles in industrial or regulated environments. /li liAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools; knowledge of Power BI, Minitab, Tableau, MS Project, Smartsheet, and similar analytical tools is a plus. /li liProven experience leading cross-functional projects, process improvement initiatives, and organizational transformation programs. /li liStrong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, Continuous Improvement methodologies, and project management principles. /li liExperience in project planning, coordination, governance, risk management, and stakeholder management. /li liKnowledge of GMP/GxP regulated environments is a plus. /li liLean Six Sigma Green Belt, Project Management, or PMO certifications are a plus. /li liStrong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and influence stakeholders at different organizational levels. /li /ul h3What We Offer /h3 pIt is a brilliant opportunity for you, Grifols is fully aware that its employees are one of its major assets.
