Master Data Application Specialist With more than 1,650 professionals across Europe, a portfolio of 1,600 products, and 14 manufacturing sites, we are a leader in frozen snacks and appetizers. Every product is crafted with care, expertise, and the finest ingredients. We are currently looking for a Master Data Application Specialist to join our offices in Granollers (Barcelona). The Master Data Application Specialist is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, consistency, governance, and lifecycle management of master data primary across AudensFood, but extended towards the group. The role acts as the bridge between business stakeholders and IT, supporting operational master data activities, strategic projects, data integrations, and continuous improvement initiatives. The position plays a key role in maintaining a single source of truth for Product, Customer, Supplier, and other critical business data across the organization. Manage and monitor day-to-day master data activities in Synergy and connected business systems. Ensure master data accuracy, completeness, and compliance with governance standards. Act as subject matter expert for master data processes and data quality initiatives. Lead master data workstreams within system implementations, integrations, migrations, and business transformation projects. Support integrations between Synergy, ERP systems, GS1 exchanges, APIs, and EDI interfaces. Coordinate with business stakeholders to resolve data quality issues and implement corrective actions. Develop and maintain documentation, standards, procedures, and training materials. Drive continuous improvement of master data processes, controls, and governance practices. Bachelor-level education or equivalent through experience Minimum 2/3 years of experience in Master Data Management, ERP, or business applications Strong understanding of data governance, data quality, and master data processes Good knowledge of O365 and basic level relational databases Experience with ERP systems, integrations, APIs, EDI, and GS1 standards Fluent in Spanish and English (written and spoken) High attention to detail and data accuracy Advanced Excel skills Using formulas, pivot tables, lookups (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP), conditional formatting, and data validation Data transformation, comparison, and preparing files for bulk uploads or imports.
