Role Summary As a Senior Customer Success Manager, you serve as the main point of contact for GreenSketch’s installer partners in Spain. You drive strategic onboarding, strong product adoption, and sustained customer satisfaction for larger and higher-value accounts. You work closely with enterprise installers to solve complex operational challenges and embed GreenSketch into their day-to-day workflows. Key Responsibilities • Lead onboarding for enterprise and high-value installation partners, including management of complex first projects in GreenSketch., • Act as a strategic advisor after go-live, helping customers optimize usage across advanced planning, ordering, and documentation workflows., • Drive deeper product adoption, account growth, and long-term engagement across strategic customers., • Deliver advanced training sessions, webinars, and on-site consultations for key clients in the Spanish market., • Analyze customer pain points, blockers, and growth opportunities, and translate those insights into clear product recommendations., • Partner with Product, Development, Sales, and Executive teams to manage escalations and contribute market input to the roadmap., • Own renewals, upsells, cross-sells, and retention across a portfolio of high-revenue customers., • Represent installer feedback internally to help shape product strategy and support market expansion in Spain. Required Qualifications & Experience • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, engineering, or a related field., • 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, preferably within SaaS or vertical software serving trade or service industries., • Proven track record managing enterprise and SMB accounts in solar PV, battery storage, or the broader renewable energy sector., • Experience working with strategic customers in Spain or strong familiarity with the Spanish solar installer landscape. Skills & Competencies • Advanced proficiency with SaaS tools and a strong understanding of solar PV project data, planning processes, and compliance requirements., • Demonstrated ability to scale customer adoption for complex B2B platforms, including churn reduction and account expansion., • Strong strategic mindset, high ownership, and confidence working with executive stakeholders in a fast-moving environment., • Excellent communication and relationship management skills, with the ability to engage both commercial and technical stakeholders. Preferred / Nice to Have • Direct experience in the Spanish solar installer market, including regulatory, commercial, and cultural nuances., • Proficiency in CRM platforms such as Salesforce and familiarity with customer health scoring or success analytics., • Spanish language fluency and professional English proficiency., • Hands-on experience with solar design or proposal tools. Working Relationships • Internal: Customer Success Team, Product, Sales, Development, and C-suite stakeholders., • External: Installer partners, wholesalers, distributors, and industry associations in Spain.
