WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR We are looking for a person eager to start their professional career in B2B demand generation and go-to-market consulting, to join our team at the Bilbao office, developing as a Sales Development Representative in the European market, with a special focus on the DACH region, fluent in Spanish, English, and German. WHAT IS A JUNIOR SDR AT THE REVENUE? A recently graduated person or in their final year of studies, with a high level of English, German, and Spanish, who will begin their career in B2B prospecting, learning the most advanced demand generation methodologies and tools while actively contributing to client acquisition in the European market. They will learn from day one: • Multichannel B2B prospecting techniques, • Lead qualification methodologies, • Use of CRM and digital prospecting tools, • Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies, • Effective commercial communication in international B2B environments, • Conduct outbound prospecting in the DACH and European market, • Identify and build databases of target contacts, • Qualify leads through research and initial outreach, • Use intent data to identify potential leads, • Support in the preparation and follow-up of sales meetings, • Manage CRM tools and update contact information, • Execute multichannel outreach campaigns (email, LinkedIn, calls), • Follow up on opportunities, • Collaborate with the team on optimizing demand generation processes, • Proactively contribute to achieving individual and collective objectives, • Final-year student or recent graduate in Business Administration, Marketing, International Trade, or Engineering, • Previous internship experience in sales, digital marketing, or B2B customer service is a plus, • Fluent English (C1) demonstrable — REQUIRED, • Fluent German (C1) demonstrable — REQUIRED, • Fluent Spanish (C1) demonstrable — REQUIRED, • Passion for continuous learning, curiosity, and challenging the status quo, • Optimistic, enthusiastic, and commercially minded, • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Spanish, • Detail-oriented, analytical, and systematic, • Results-driven with motivation to constantly improve, • Ability to absorb feedback and apply it quickly, • Structured career path within the demand generation area (SDR, Senior SDR, Team Lead), • Intensive training program in B2B sales methodologies, tools, and processes, • A work environment that encourages participation, learning, and innovation, • Flexible schedule and location (hybrid or on-site), • 26 vacation days per year + birthday off, • 35-hour working week, • Permanent contract upon completing the internship period, • Highly competitive compensation with a commission scheme based on results after the internship period, • Social benefits, • Our values are to learn, share, and smile, • Opportunity to work with leading international companies from the very start of your career, • Direct mentorship from experienced B2B demand generation professionals
