About the Role We are looking for a Product Owner to own and drive the delivery of a dedicated web product. You will work as part of a cross‑functional Agile team and collaborate closely with business stakeholders to ensure we deliver meaningful, high‑quality product improvements. This role goes beyond backlog management: you will combine strong Agile execution with product thinking, ensuring that what we build is aligned with customer needs, business objectives, and measurable outcomes. What You’ll Do -Backlog & Delivery Ownership • Own, create, and continuously prioritize the product backlog based on business value and customer impact, • Define and communicate sprint objectives and ensure alignment with product goals, • Refine backlog items with the team to ensure they are ready for sprint planning, • Review and approve increments from design through production release, • Define clear acceptance criteria and validate delivery against expectations -Product Thinking & Outcomes • Translate product vision and goals into epics, features, and user stories, • Contribute to product discussions to ensure alignment with long‑term direction, • Balance short‑term delivery needs with sustainable product evolution, • Focus on delivering incremental improvements that create real value -Stakeholder & Team Collaboration • Act as the main point of contact between business, engineering, design, and QA, • Communicate progress, priorities, and decisions clearly and transparently, • Gather, validate, and maintain functional and non‑functional requirements, • Manage change requests and operational improvements through the backlog, • Foster collaboration and support a strong Agile team culture -Data‑Driven Decision Making • Use qualitative and quantitative insights to validate user problems, • Apply prioritisation frameworks (e.g. MoSCoW, RICE) to make informed trade‑offs, • Track outcomes and success metrics to assess the impact of delivered features What You Bring • 2+ years’ experience as a Product Owner or in a related role (Business Analyst, Product Manager, ...), • Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum principles, backlog management, and the requirements lifecycle, • Solid grasp of software development and user experience fundamentals, • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, • Analytical, structured problem‑solver with a focus on value delivery, • Ability to work autonomously while aligning with broader product and business goals, • Professional level of English Why Join Us • Ownership of a defined product area with real business impact, • Close collaboration with skilled, cross‑functional teams, • A role that blends execution, autonomy, and product influence, • Opportunity to grow your product ownership and product management skills Benefits of • Office located in downtown Granada, • 30 working days of vacation, • Flexible schedule, • Hybrid system: 3 days in the office and 2 from home, • Sabbatical program, • Work From Anywhere 1 month, • Comprehensive health insurance with DKV, • Free English/Spanish classes during your working hours, • Meal vouchers, • Up to €25 per month discount on any sports activity, • Training budget, • Refer a friend to join the team and earn up to €3,000 for each successful referral, • Parking for those coming by car
