We value: • Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a related technical discipline., • More than 5 years of experience in industrial engineering, preferably within manufacturing or pharmaceutical environments., • Proven experience delivering industrial utilities, electrical and mechanical engineering projects from concept through implementation and commissioning., • Strong technical knowledge of electrical installations and industrial power distribution, including LV/MV systems, electrical panels, backup power systems and plant distribution networks., • Solid experience with mechanical utilities, including steam and boilers, chilled water and chillers, compressed air, vacuum systems and associated distribution networks., • Experience developing and implementing utilities master plans, including capacity assessment, future demand, infrastructure requirements, redundancy, energy efficiency and investment planning., • Strong experience in Building Management Systems (BMS) and industrial control systems, including the integration, monitoring and optimization of HVAC, utilities and building services., • Experience with ATEX projects and hazardous area installations, including equipment selection, zoning, risk assessment and implementation of ATEX requirements., • Experience coordinating multidisciplinary engineering projects involving electrical, mechanical, automation, controls, HVAC and building infrastructure., • Good understanding of industrial energy management, efficiency initiatives and opportunities for reducing utility consumption and operating costs., • Experience managing engineering contractors, equipment suppliers and external technical partners., • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously., • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate plant requirements into robust technical solutions., • Ability to work effectively with Operations, Engineering, Maintenance, EHS, Quality and external partners., • Experience working in international and matrix organizations., • Fluency in English is mandatory., • Knowledge of GMP and experience in regulated environments will be considered an asset, but is not a primary requirement. Key Accountabilities: • Lead engineering projects related to plant utilities, electrical systems, mechanical installations, automation and facilities infrastructure from concept through design, procurement, installation, commissioning and handover., • Develop and lead the site utilities master plan, assessing current capacity, future demand, infrastructure constraints, redundancy requirements and investment needs., • Define a long-term roadmap for the optimization and modernization of the plant's electrical and mechanical utility infrastructure., • Lead projects involving steam generation and distribution, boilers, chilled water and chillers, compressed air, vacuum, HVAC and other critical mechanical utilities., • Lead electrical infrastructure projects, including power distribution, substations, LV/MV systems, electrical panels, emergency power and plant electrical networks., • Develop and implement BMS solutions to improve the monitoring, control, energy efficiency and overall digitalization of the factory., • Coordinate the integration of utilities, HVAC and building systems into the BMS, working closely with automation and control system specialists., • Lead and support ATEX projects, ensuring appropriate technical solutions for hazardous areas and compliance with applicable requirements., • Identify opportunities to improve energy efficiency, reliability, resilience and operational performance across the plant's utility infrastructure., • Define technical specifications, evaluate suppliers and coordinate the procurement and implementation of utility and facility systems., • Coordinate multidisciplinary engineering activities with Maintenance, Operations, EHS, Automation, Production and external engineering partners., • Manage project schedules, budgets, risks and mitigation plans, ensuring effective communication with stakeholders., • Support the development of CAPEX plans and business cases for utilities and infrastructure investments., • Ensure that projects are delivered safely, efficiently and in accordance with applicable engineering, electrical, mechanical, ATEX and environmental standards., • Contribute to the continuous improvement and modernization of the site's engineering infrastructure, with a focus on reliability, efficiency, digitalization and sustainability.
