ph3Job Description /h3 pOpportunity for a Production Scheduler in Airbus Defence and Space, Getafe (Madrid). /p pThe Production Scheduler is responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing the operational production schedule, ensuring full alignment with the Master Production Plan (MPS) and program requirements. This role balances workload through load‑capacity control and prioritises demands to ensure on‑time and on‑cost delivery. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liCreate and maintain short- and mid-term production schedules for assembly and associated materials. /li liDevelop feasible schedule scenarios that consider high level milestones dates, current production status, backlog, capacity (manpower, machines, materials), and quality or technical constraints. /li liEnsure the Master Production Schedule (MPS) routines. /li /ul h3Reporting KPIs /h3 ul liProvide clear communication on schedule status, risks, and recovery plans. /li liPrepare and analyze data for key performance indicators (KPIs) and planning adherence reports (N1 to N4 levels). /li liGenerate dashboards, workload/manpower balance reports, Work In Progress (WIP) analysis, and planning adherence indicators. /li liIdentify deviations vs. baseline, propose and implement corrective actions. /li /ul h3Production Control /h3 ul liEnsure the availability of all resources required for production execution: components, industrial means, work orders, etc. /li liMonitor and support work order management and material need planning, including critical path analysis and recovery actions. /li liCoordinate with Supply Chain and Procurement teams to ensure material availability according to plan. /li /ul h3Planning Coordination /h3 ul liAct as the main interface between production teams, high-level planning, and the Supply Chain. /li liContribute to the optimization of IT scheduling and tracking tools. /li liSupport process improvements to increase planning accuracy, production stability, and delivery performance. /li /ul h3Skills /h3 ul liBachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Aeronautical or Industrial Engineering (or equivalent). /li li1-3 years of experience in Production Planning / Scheduling. /li liFluent English, both written and spoken. /li liKnowledge of planning tools and ERP systems (SAP or equivalent). /li liStrong analytical and problem‑solving skills. /li liAbility to work in a fast‑paced, international, and cross‑functional environment. /li /ul h3Benefits /h3 ul liVacation days plus additional days‑off during the year. /li liAttractive salary. /li liCollective transport service at some sites. /li liOn‑site facilities: free canteen, kindergarten, medical office. /li liPossibility to collaborate in social and corporate social responsibility initiatives. /li liExcellent upskilling opportunities and great development prospects in a multicultural environment. /li /ul pThis job requires an awareness of any potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity, as the foundation for the Company’s success, reputation and sustainable growth. /p pAirbus is committed to achieving workforce diversity and creating an inclusive working environment, welcoming all applications irrespective of social and cultural background, age, gender, disability, sexual orientation or religious belief. /p pAirbus is, and always has been, committed to equal opportunities for all. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
