We are looking for a Project Manager Intership (Leather Goods & Accessories) to join temporaly our Development team to give support to the area. The position will report to the Project Manager assigned (tutor) and will help fully developing collection of Leather Goods and Accesories within established time, cost and quality standards. Internships at LOEWE You must be currently enrolled in studies that allow you to sign an internship agreement (convenio de beca) with your university If you are from the UE you must have a student NIE. If you are from outside the UE, you need a working permit. Our internships run for 6-12 months full time Your role will be • Support Project Managers in the launching of samples and their follow-up., • Daily communication with atelier and vendors to follow up and communicate Designer's input and feedback., • Support PM in collecting consumption and labor times, MOQ from vendors., • Support PM during Mise Au Point with Design and transmit to internal and external clients., • Request Quality tests when needed., • Support samples shipments for key milestones following Merch+ design team needs, • Communicate PM necessary info for Risk Analysis with CQ before producing any collection., • Delivery of samples to CQ for FG tests., • Follow up the process between the development sign-off of a project and the deliveries in the store. About you • High level of both Spanish and English, any other languages definitely a plus, • Strong computer skills with complete manage of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and Powerpoint)., • Be a responsible person with strong organizational and time management skills, attention to detail and working to tight deadlines., • Product sensibility., • Able to work under pressure.
