Company: Airbus Defence and Space SAU Employment Type: Agency / Temporary Experience Level: Professional Job Family: Physical Security • Raise awareness of classified information access requirements to ensure a secure and compliant hiring process., • Analyse candidates through open‑source information to verify alignment with Airbus values., • Conduct open‑source research to identify relevant information about candidates., • Assess candidates’ digital footprint and public online presence., • Monitor public and private information sources for potential threats., • Recommend mitigation measures where necessary., • Identify and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor the effectiveness and compliance of Secure Hiring., • Ensure all intelligence activities are conducted in full compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and ethical guidelines, including data privacy and human rights., • Cooperate with Human Resources in the Secure Hiring process., • Support continuous improvement of Secure Hiring policies, procedures and tools., • Deliver awareness and training sessions related to Secure Hiring., • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Intelligence Studies, Intelligence Analysis, Security, Criminology, International Relations, Computer Engineering, or related disciplines (Industrial / Aeronautical / Communications Engineer, etc.).
