Company: Airbus Defence and Space SAU Employment Type: Agency / Temporary Experience Level: Professional Job Family: Physical Security • Raise awareness of classified information access requirements to ensure a secure and compliant hiring process., • Analyse candidates through open‑source information to verify alignment with Airbus values., • Conduct open‑source research to identify relevant information about candidates., • Assess candidates’ digital footprint and public online presence., • Monitor public and private information sources for potential threats., • Recommend mitigation measures where necessary., • Identify and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor the effectiveness and compliance of Secure Hiring., • Ensure all intelligence activities are conducted in full compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and ethical guidelines, including data privacy and human rights., • Cooperate with Human Resources in the Secure Hiring process., • Support continuous improvement of Secure Hiring policies, procedures and tools., • Deliver awareness and training sessions related to Secure Hiring., • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Intelligence Studies, Intelligence Analysis, Security, Criminology, International Relations, Computer Engineering, or related disciplines (Industrial / Aeronautical / Communications Engineer, etc.). Additional education or certifications in Intelligence, OSINT, Cyber Intelligence, or classified information protection are considered a plus., • Experience:, • Experience in security‑related roles, particularly in the protection of classified information and application of national and international regulations., • Experience in intelligence and threat analysis, including identification, assessment and monitoring of risks affecting people, assets, information and business operations., • Familiarity with information security tools and technologies., • Knowledge of relevant security legislation., • Excellent oral and written communication skills, including the ability to prepare clear and concise reports., • Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills; team spirit and proactive attitude., • Ability to work independently and as part of a team; time‑management and prioritisation skills., • Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion., • Proficiency in the use of computer tools and security software., • Languages:, • Fluent in Spanish., • Advanced level of English (oral and written)., • Subject to a NATO/National security clearance in accordance with business needs., • Vacation days plus additional days‑off throughout the year., • Attractive salary., • Collective transport service at some sites., • On‑site facilities such as free canteen, kindergarten, and medical office., • Possibility to collaborate in social and corporate social responsibility initiatives., • Excellent upskilling opportunities and strong development prospects in a multicultural environment.
