El candidato debe tener un carácter alegre , positivo , empático y con muchas ganas de aprender y de superarse por que se le formará en el corto plazo para que pueda ocupar puestos de supervisión y gestión de equipos con la consiguiente mejora de contrato y sueldo. Responsabilidades Clave del Puesto El/la camarero/a tendrá un rol esencial en la operativa diaria, asegurando la eficiencia, la calidad del servicio y la satisfacción del cliente. Las responsabilidades incluyen: 1. Servicio y Atención al Cliente • Excelencia en el Servicio: Tomar pedidos, servir bebidas y alimentos en mesa con excelente manejo de la bandeja de manera segura y eficiente., • Gestión de Incidencias: Resolver incidencias o quejas de manera proactiva y eficaz, asegurando la satisfacción del cliente., • Proactividad en Sala: Anticiparse a las necesidades de los clientes, asegurando la consistencia del servicio y una experiencia positiva., • Cobros: Manejar el sistema TPV (Terminal Punto de Venta) y gestionar cobros. 1. Soporte Operacional y de Barra • Conocimientos de Barra: Colaborar en la preparación de bebidas, incluyendo combinados básicos y cócteles sencillos., • Limpieza e Higiene: Asegurar el cumplimiento de los protocolos de higiene y seguridad alimentaria (APPCC) en su área de trabajo, manteniendo mesas y barra limpias y organizadas., • Gestión de Inventario: Asistir en el control de estocs y la gestión de inventarios para evitar faltantes de material de servicio., • Organización: Seguir protocolos de trabajo establecidos para optimizar la operativa y asegurar la coherencia del servicio. 1. Requisitos y Habilidades (Hard & Soft Skills) Buscamos un perfil que combine destreza técnica con una actitud excepcional: Hard Skills (Habilidades Técnicas) • Experiencia: Experiencia previa demostrable como camarero/a en hostelería (bares, pubs o restaurantes)., • Manejo de Bandeja: Habilidad demostrada y soltura en el servicio de mesa con bandeja., • Tecnología: Familiaridad con sistemas de comanda y software de TPV., • Idiomas: Castellano y Catalán imprescindibles; valorable el Inglés u otros idiomas., • Normativa: Conocimientos básicos en normativa de seguridad e higiene alimentaria (APPCC).
