Customer Success Specialist // €27K - €33K Annual salary // Remote work Your mission: We are looking for a strategic and multilingual Customer Success Specialist to join our team, focused on delivering value to industrial customers and ensuring long-term adoption and return on investment of our solutions. This role goes beyond traditional customer support, combining customer relationship management, project coordination, problem identification in industrial environments, and strategic account development. Key Responsibilities: Act as the primary point of contact for assigned customers, ensuring clear, proactive and effective communication. Manage customer journeys from implementation onwards, ensuring adoption, value realization and long-term success. Identify operational issues and improvement opportunities directly in industrial and production environments, translating them into measurable value and ROI for customers. Support customers in defining strategy, use cases and objectives aligned with their operational reality. Anticipate risks, detect early warning signs and address issues before they escalate. Coordinate onboarding, training and enablement activities for key users and stakeholders, working jointly with the User Success Department. Conduct on-site visits when required and interact confidently in plant and production environments. Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Sales and Support teams to ensure alignment and information sharing. Provide structured feedback and insights to the Product team to contribute to roadmap evolution. Support upsell, renewal and expansion opportunities in collaboration with the Sales Department. Use CRM and project management tools (HubSpot, Jira) to track activity, risks and customer health. Your profile: Languages: English, Spanish and French are mandatory. Strong communication skills and ability to interact with different stakeholder levels. Experience in project management and agile ways of working. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actions. Strong problem-identification and problem-solving skills . Comfortable working in industrial and production environments; Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot) and issue/project tracking tools (Jira) is highly valued. Experienced in working with typical Customer Success metrics (adoption, usage, health score, churn risk, retention and expansion). Experience with BI tools (MS Power BI) is valued. 2–3 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management or similar client-facing roles, preferably in B2B or industrial environments. Even though the work is remote, we need someone who lives close to Valladolid (CyL, Madrid, etc.). Valid driving license and confidence driving regularly , including to customer sites.
