Role Description We are looking for a Performance Marketer to own and scale our paid acquisition, with Meta Ads as the primary growth channel. This is not just a media buying role. You will be responsible for driving overall growth by testing and optimizing everything that impacts customer acquisition and revenue. That includes ads, but also landing pages, offers, pricing, product bundles, and new channel expansion. You will act as a growth operator, identifying opportunities, running experiments, and working cross-functionally to improve performance across the entire funnel. Responsibilities • Own Meta Ads end-to-end as the main acquisition channel, • Manage and scale advertising budgets efficiently while maintaining strong performance, • Lead growth experiments across the funnel, including:, • Creatives, • Landing pages, • Pricing, • Offers, • Product bundles, • New product launches, • Work closely with the creative team to:, • Identify winning angles, • Test new concepts, • Scale top-performing ads, • Take the lead on new product testing with the creative team (e.g. new SKUs like spot patches, bundles, etc.), • Continuously look for ways to reduce CPA and increase customer value, • Identify and initiate new growth channels (e.g. TikTok Shop, new paid platforms, emerging opportunities), • Own the early-stage testing and strategy of new channels, • Delegate and structure execution once a channel shows potential, • Maintain a clean, effective campaign structure without unnecessary complexity, • Monitor performance daily and make fast, data-driven decisions, • Align closely with founders on priorities, experiments, and scaling strategy Requirements • Strong DTC experience managing paid social at meaningful budgets (ideally €2k–€10k+/day), • Proven track record of scaling revenue through paid channels, • Strong understanding of full-funnel growth, not just ads, • Experience running A/B tests across landing pages, offers, or pricing is a big plus, • Creative-first mindset, understands that performance is driven by creative and testing, • Strong analytical ability combined with fast execution, • Ability to take ownership of projects beyond ads and drive them forward, • Comfortable exploring new channels and figuring things out from scratch What Success Looks Like • Consistent revenue growth while maintaining or improving efficiency (CAC, MER), • Clear pipeline of ongoing tests across ads, landing pages, offers, and products, • Successful launches and validation of new products and bundles, • New growth channels identified, tested, and scaled where viable, • Strong collaboration with creative team leading to scalable winning ad Why Join Us We’re building a fast-growing brand where speed, ownership, and creativity matter.
