Mode Search is supporting a high-end, fashion-forward luxury brand with the appointment of a Concession Manager for a Paris-based department store location. The brand is recognised for its sophisticated ready-to-wear collections, refined silhouettes, and elevated client experience, combining modern elegance with an aspirational yet accessible luxury positioning. This concession plays a strategic role in representing the brand within a highly visible and competitive retail setting. The role is based in Paris within a department store concession environment. The Concession Manager will report into regional retail leadership and work closely with department store partners and internal head office teams, maintaining full ownership of the concession’s commercial performance, team leadership, and brand representation on the floor. The Role • Lead and develop a high-performing concession team, ensuring exceptional client experiences within a department store setting, • Act as a strong brand ambassador, consistently translating the brand’s values, aesthetic, and service standards on the shop floor, • Drive CRM, clienteling, and prospecting initiatives to build long-term client relationships and grow the local and international customer base, • Deliver commercial targets through a client-centric and sustainable sales approach, • Motivate, coach, and develop the team through regular feedback, training, and hands-on leadership, • Manage all concession operations, including stock management, visual merchandising standards, and compliance with both brand and department store guidelines, • Ensure the concession stands out as a benchmark for service, presentation, and performance within the department store environment Requirements • Proven experience as a Concession Manager, Store Manager, or similar leadership role within luxury fashion, premium, or department store environments, • Strong people leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop retail teams, • Highly client-focused, with solid experience in CRM, clienteling, and prospecting, • Commercially driven, with the ability to balance sales performance, brand integrity, and service excellence, • Strong styling sensibility and confidence leading from the shop floor, • Positive, engaging, and professional presence, able to build strong relationships with clients, teams, and department store partners, • Strong organisational and operational skills, with high attention to detail To apply, please send your CV to or click the apply button.
