Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred). Proven experience in operations management, preferably in the automotive or luxury services sector, with a strong track record of success. Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a startup environment, demonstrating adaptability, resilience, and a hands-on approach. Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve ambitious goals. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail and a focus on continuous improvement. Proficiency in relevant software and tools for operations management, logistics, and customer relationship management. Fluency in English (additional languages such as French or German are advantageous).
