They should have min 15+ years of overall IT experience with 6 to7 yrs of Telecom Domain + Contract Lifecycle Management Domain experience. knowledge of Telecom contracting The goal is to understand if the candidate has good understanding of Telecom Contracts and the various clauses. The candidate should be able to review the results of the AI modules to verify if the right clauses from the Contracts are picked to be migrated from the old to the new system and in turn design the optimal contracts migration solution. Position Summary We are seeking a Solution Designer with strong telecom contracting knowledge and hands on experience in contract migration. The ideal candidate can: 1. Interpret telecom contracts (clauses, obligations, SLAs, pricing schedules, annexures),, 2. Audit/verify AI extraction results to ensure the correct clauses are selected for migration, and, 3. Design an optimal migration solution (data model, mappings, transformation logic, governance, and controls) to move from the legacy to the new contract lifecycle system. Key Responsibilities Telecom Contract Expertise • Analyze and interpret telecom agreements (master service agreements, service schedules, order forms, SLAs, SOWs, change orders, addenda)., • Identify and classify critical clauses: service descriptions, SLAs/credits, termination, renewal/auto renew, price protection/indexation, MFN, audit rights, assignment/novation, liability/indemnity, force majeure, data protection, security, subcontracting, service credits/earn backs, benchmarking, portability/migration, dispute resolution, governing law/jurisdiction., • Map contractual obligations to operational and billing impacts (e.g., SLA breach → service credit logic). AI Results Review & Validation • Review outputs from AI extraction/classification modules (e.g., clause detection, entity extraction, metadata tagging)., • Validate whether the right clauses are picked for migration and flag false positives/negatives, missed references, or conflicting terms., • Define acceptance criteria and quality thresholds (precision/recall targets, confidence scores, exception categories)., • Design human in the loop review workflows and sampling plans for continuous improvement. Migration Solution Design • Define target data model, canonical clause taxonomy, and mapping rules from legacy to new CLM/contract repository., • Create transformation logic (normalization, versioning, de duplication of amendments, effective date precedence, renewal/termination state)., • Design controls: lineage, auditability, exception handling, reprocessing, and reconciliation reports., • Collaborate with Legal, Procurement, Network/Service Ops, Billing/Finance, and Data/AI teams to ensure end to end integrity., • Produce solution artifacts: migration playbook, data dictionary, field level mapping, validation rules, DQ dashboards, and RACI. Delivery & Governance • Run pilots, UAT, and post migration verification (sample based and risk based testing)., • Track and report migration KPIs (accuracy, coverage, exceptions, cycle time)., • Drive remediation of defects and continuous model retraining feedback loops. Required Qualifications • 6–10 years in telecom contracting/procurement/solution design or CLM migrations (enterprise/carrier)., • Strong knowledge of telecom products and artifacts: WAN/MPLS, SD WAN, Internet access, SIP/VoIP, mobility, managed services, cloud connectivity., • Demonstrated experience with contract clause taxonomies, SLAs, pricing constructs (rate cards, discounts, indexation), and risk clauses., • Experience validating AI/ML contract extraction outputs or supervising AI assisted review workflows., • Solid understanding of data modeling, ETL/ELT concepts, and migration testing approaches., • Excellent stakeholder management and documentation skills., • French fluency (C1/C2) for client/vendor interactions and contract review in French. Preferred • Prior work with CLM platforms (e.g., Icertis, Agiloft, Sirion, Coupa, DocuSign CLM) or enterprise contract repositories., • Familiarity with SLA frameworks, service credit calculations, telecom billing disputes, and benchmarking., • Exposure to RFP/RFQ responses and vendor contracting across multiple jurisdictions., • Understanding of data privacy/security considerations in contracts and migrations.
