STOCK MANAGER / GESTIONNAIRE DE STOCK BASED COLLÉGIEN, FRANCE, SALARY COMPETITIVE PLUS BONUS AND BENS Grw Talents client has extensive experience in the engineering and manufacture of temperature-controlled laboratory equipment. They are looking to recruit a Stock Manager who will report into the Customer Services Manager.In this role you will be responsible for the mmanagement of Kardex and Palletier stocks and receipt of parcels / handling of physical flows of the workshop and preparation of orders. You will be working closely with various teams; After-sales service, Procurement, Customer service. Responsibilities: • Managing the flow of parts: receiving, checking, preparing orders, spare parts requirements for after-sales service., • Managing incoming and outgoing shipments and liaising with transport companies., • Ensure proper placement and adjust stock levels according to needs to guarantee optimal reliability, • Investigate the causes of anomalies and implement corrective stock movements., • Ensure restocking and inventory optimization and products are addressed correctly., • Optimize storage while taking into account the constraints of each department., • To act as the liaison with the procurement department and sales administration, • Participate in the organization and execution of inventories., • Analyze inventory discrepancies and propose actions to improve inventory accuracy, • Participate in the workshop's operations, assist with maintenance, and support field teams., • Cleaning, Packaging, Labeling and clean the appliances thoroughly before departure, • Check that the products conform to the orders, • Package the products according to their characteristics, orders, mode of transport and destination, • Manage strapping, packaging, bagging, wrapping, and palletizing operations., • Participate in the logistics/sales administration function, • Handling and loading conveyor, hfoandling loads for storage or shipment, • Loading orders into transport vehicles In this role you will be responsible for the management of stock (Kardex and Palletizer) and the decision to reorganize storage locations to optimize organization. You will be responsible for maintaining work tools (Kardex, forklift) in good working order. You will also monitor minimum stock levels and send replenishment orders. Ideally you will have experience with the warehouse inventory management system Kardex and have proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems. You’ll need to be rigorous, methodical, organized with good communication and the ability to handle different loads using handling equipment.You must be able to manage priorities relating to customer shipments.
