About the role Context Within the European Human Resources organization, the HR Business Partner – Support Functions Europe supports CEVA's main Support Functions at European level, including Finance, Legal, Business Development, Communication & Marketing, QHSE, Real Estate, Procurement and Security. The role covers a scope of more than 1,800 employees and operates in a highly international and matrixed environment, working closely with European, Global and local HR teams. Role Reporting to the VP Human Resources Europe, the HR Business Partner – Support Functions Europe acts as a strategic HR partner to Support Functions leaders across Europe. The role translates business priorities into people and organizational strategies, leads key HR and organizational transformations, and ensures consistent execution of HR priorities across Europe. The position requires strong business acumen, executive presence and the ability to influence senior stakeholders in a matrix environment without direct hierarchical authority. Key responsibilities • Act as a strategic HR partner to Support Functions leaders across Europe, • Translate business priorities into European people and organizational strategies, • Lead key organizational and HR transformations, including restructuring, operating model evolution, and digital and AI transformation, • Drive workforce planning, talent management, succession planning and leadership development, • Coordinate key European HR processes, including performance management, compensation reviews and employee engagement, • Leverage HR data and analytics to support business decisions and monitor people performance, • Coordinate with local and Global HR teams to ensure consistent execution of HR priorities across Europe Qualifications and Skills • Master's degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, • Significant experience as a senior HR Business Partner in an international, multi-country and matrixed environment, • Proven experience partnering with senior leaders on strategic HR and organizational matters, • Strong experience in organizational transformation, talent management and workforce planning, • Strong business acumen with the ability to influence and challenge senior stakeholders, • Excellent communication, influencing and change management skills, • Fluent English required; willingness to travel occasionally across Europe As a global organization, and as part of the CMA CGM Group, diversity is critical to our business success; only when we can reflect the cultures, languages, behaviors and local knowledge of our customers, we can succeed.
