- Provide holistic business support to financial planners that should be accurate and well-presented within agreed timescales, to include: client relationship management; filing/ scanning; mailings; diary management; meeting, document and report preparation; liaising with the Sigma Business Support Teams (BST). - Implement client service management processes. - Fielding calls, emails and queries from clients and other teams/departments within SJP. - Ensure a robust system is in place for archiving and retrieving client files and details, that are accurately maintained and updated in line with Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) regulations, SJP and Sigma compliance systems and meet data protection requirements - Assist in the generation of client financial documentation and correspondence. - Prioritise workload to ensure that all work is actioned in a timely manner. - Liaise with third party finance companies and St. James’s Place Admin Centre with respect to clients’ current investment holdings.
