Primary role will be to upload and maintain Epos system and dealing with Payroll and sales invoices. Our EPoS (electronic point-of-sale) system is critical in ensuring the smooth operation of our Fashion Retail stores and for the provision of timely financial information to the company. Supporting the Area Manager, you will take responsibility for responding to all operational regarding back office for the EPOS and work closely with other head-office departments, including field-based personnel to produce reports and targets.Must be proficient in Excel.

Main responsibilities:

• resolving issues from Retail stores and head-office departments, referring any technical issues to our EPoS supplier

• a first point of contact for Retail and other users within the business regarding Epos issues

• performing various daily core tasks in the department

• maintenance of the frontend and backend of the EPoS database

• co-ordinating requests for new and replacement hardware for Stores

• exposure to a wide variety of projects

Key skills and experience:

• great telephone manner

• proficient in Excel

• strong customer focus

• proven organisational and administrative ability
