Responsible To:Tender Team Manager\nDepartment: Tendering\nLocation:Home based, with occasional travel to Group Support at Wall Island, Lichfield and to service or other office locations\nJob Purpose\nThe purpose of this role is to:\nWork with the Tender Team Manager to produce high-quality call-off submissions.\nWork with Tender Team colleagues to create high-quality content for tenders\nContribute towards the achievement of the business goals through supporting with the winning of successful bids and tenders\nWork flexibly to support the team with additional tasks where requiredThe post holder will have excellent organisational abilities, an eye for detail and strong writing skills. You will be a key member of a small, busy team so you should be a team player, adept at building internal and external relationships, and proficient at managing multiple deadlines.\nKey Accountabilities \n\nDeveloping and submitting responses for call-offs and EOIs.\nSupporting the Tender Managers and Tender Team Managers on tender submissions including the completion of method statements, researching of evidence and support with internal processes.\nObtaining information and writing responses to deliver compliant and persuasive submissions within agreed management and review processes.\nContributing to recording and reporting processes.\nLiaising with internal departments to ensure team knowledge is up to date and accurate information is supplied in all responses.Person Specification\n\nAcademic qualifications or relevant experience, evidencing strong writing skills\nA high level of computer literacy including MS Word and Excel\nAn interest in, and willingness to develop, knowledge of the health and social care sector\nPassion for supporting people and commitment to Voyage Care’s vision and values.\nStrong project management, planning and time management skills\nExcellent interpersonal skills and strong organisational abilities.\nAbility to respond to feedback as part of a commitment to achieving the best possible tender submissions.\nAbility to research and utilise evidence-bases to ensure tenders have the best possible chance of success.\nAbility to work on own initiative and under pressure\nAbility to manage multiple tasks and prioritise accordingly\nMethodical, with exceptional attention to detail.\nAbility to work within, and support, a geographically dispersed team
