Rota Nanny/Manny (1 Week On / 1 Week Off) – HNW Family – London £60,000 – £75,000 DOE We are seeking a high-calibre, professional Rota Nanny/Manny to join a fully staffed HNW household based in London. This is a 1 week on / 1 week off rota position (2 weeks on / 2 weeks off during holiday seasons), caring for pre-teen and teenage children in a structured, high-standard environment. This role is best suited to candidates who are confident working with older children and able to combine care with guidance, structure, and educational support. The Role You will oversee the day-to-day care, development, and overall wellbeing of the children, working alongside an established household team. The role requires a balanced, confident approach, combining warmth with clear structure, and a strong focus on education, building independence, and accountability. you will be expected to take ownership, set standards, and actively contribute to the children’s development. Key Responsibilities • Support children’s independence, accountability, and self-management, • Establish and maintain consistent, well-structured daily routines, • Provide guidance on etiquette, behaviour, and personal organisation, • Deliver hands-on academic support and encourage strong study habits, • Act as a positive role model, setting clear expectations and boundaries, • Liaise effectively with parents, schools, and the wider household team Key Requirements (Essential) • Minimum 5 years’ proven experience within HNW private households, • Teaching background or strong academic support experience, • Demonstrated experience working with pre-adolescent and adolescent children, • Confident in setting boundaries, managing behaviour, and maintaining structure, • Driver essential (clean licence, confident driving in London), • Confident swimmer, • Highly organised, discreet, and professional at all times, • Comfortable working within a fully staffed, high-expectation household, • Must have the right to work in the UK, • Based within easy commuting distance to London What We Are Looking For This role requires someone who is naturally structured, proactive, and confident in their judgement, with the ability to guide older children and support their transition into independence. Candidates who are more suited to pure childcare roles or require high levels of direction will not be a fit for this position.
